Some of the machines don't work or need repair to fully function. The food was good. They seemed short staffed, but the employees were polite and helpful despite handling a lot.

We recently visited Chuckee Cheese in Jacksonville, near the Avenues Mall and had a great time. The addition of the indoor playground and trampoline is phenomenal. And its less expensive than any other indoor playground or trampoline park around. And the food was tasty and affordable. I would highly recommend.

Everytime we go to this specific location we always have the best time ever. Jasmine one of the employees there is so amazing, by far one of my favorite people there, who actually LOVES CHILDREN which I love because some of the people during the mornings don’t really seem to want to want to be there, that’s why we tend to go at night, I feel like they truly love being around the kids. Food is always spot on and amazing we have the monthly pass so paying $20 for food and drinks is always a win, and most of the time we get a free dessert from the coupons. Children always have so much fun. And so do we 😂😂 we indulge a little too and play games

Great place for kids stupid place for parents! Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay so much!!! Pizza, snacks, token card and another $13 for socks to go into the jump area!! Unbelievable!! Stop the madness,!!

We always have the most fun when we go, personally love this location the most, it’s never too busy or crowded which is perfect since we can let our kids roam around without having to worry about other kids trampling them over.

We miss the animatronics but the jumbo screen on the back wall is cool. The layout of this location is well planned as you can see across the whole area and into the parking lot from anywhere in the lobby. The employees are nice too but that goes for most ChuckECheeses we've been to.

Our last experience at Chuck E. Cheese was phenomenal! Our host, DeAndres, was amazing and had such great suggestions. The place was very clean, and the food was fresh and delicious. My four-year-old had the time of her life! Highly recommend bringing your kiddos here.
