It seemed as though none of the employees knew what was going on. Didn't know how to use a register and couldn't keep up with the parties. It was just overall not the best experience as far as parties go.Regency over avenues as far as service, avenues was letting kids leave which defeated the purpose of stamping Us when we came in.The only thing that was better at this location was more of the games worked. I don't think I seen any that was down, But I'll take not being able to play some games over unsecure and not knowing what they're doing or what's going on.

Great place take 5 grandkids there when we come to Jacksonville to visit they love it. Even our our teenage grand boys love it. Would Would recommend to anyone for a fun day or nit.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids and lots of parking no difficulty parking

Most of the games worked the only thing that sucked they don't have people going around fixing them anymore a small dipping dots is 6 dollars that's the only thing I'd get there now because I've seen kids do nasty stuff at the salad bar years ago and the manager didn't change it out so I wouldn't eat any of that
Certainly not the Chuck E Cheese I grew up with, but seems tailored to the new generation of kids. This location was recently remodeled, and I think they do a great job keeping the place clean and tidy - despite a bunch of kids trying to destroy the place. My son loves it, and I get a little boost of nostalgia when I come back. The unlimited game pass seems to be a good deal, which is hard to find these days.Glad to see they made it through 2020-2022 and seem to be thriving.

Not the Chuck E. Cheese I remember, it’s better! Our 3 and 5 year olds had a great time! The pricing can be overwhelming, so we got a 1 hour card (which can be shared) and that worked perfectly! Just the right amount of time. The games are all low to the ground which makes it easy. The food choices also looked like quite the upgrade. We will be back!
