Half the games are broke, Stay broken and there is getting less and less to do , starting to regret getting a monthly membership.
Kid-friendliness: They tolerate children but they don't seem to enjoy them. They seem more bothered by the children. If it's cashing in your tickets or getting help. The children are treated as a nuisance

All the employees are on their phones behind the counter. No one is coming out dressed as chuck e. 7 kids on the dance floor were cheering at the countdown and nothing happend. My 2 year old is asking where chucke where chuck e. NO one is watching this trampoline center. What gives!? IVery disappointed because I literally signed up for the yearly pass TODAY.

Food was ok! Nothing to brag about!! Ordered fries and they were raw! The staff were great they handled an issue in a timely manner but the games OMG they are not age appropriate and like half didn't work!!! Such a bummer! Glad I was invited to the party and not the one paying!! Definitly would not recommend.

Nothing like having a custody brawl between 2 men and making all the kids cry right before ol'Chuck comes out to sing happy birthday. Staff did absolutely nothing about it either. Cops had to show up...oh good times Chucky goooood times!

I had the worst experience and the employees aren’t helpful they just stare at you and only one person knows how to do things. The salad bar had smell and the salad didn’t even look appealing. I was told “that’s what you paid for.” Just felt uncomfortable and I felt couldn’t leave til my time card was up . Can’t get your money back for those or even save it for another day

This location is also better than the Atlantic location because it has the largest trampoline area in Jax, service has been a bit better than the other 2 locations for sure.

Please talk with your employees about children with special needs!!! We have 2 children with autism and frequent this location. My son refuses to wear the wrist band for the trampoline, which has never been a problem, we've always been told to just make sure he wears the socks and for me to keep the wrist band. Yesterday when we went, a female employee who had her name badge covered told us if he didn't wear the wrist band, he couldn't go on the trampoline after we already paid. She could clearly see he had a sensory issue with the wrist band but still made a big deal about it. This was very disheartening considering Chuck e cheese is one of the few places my children feel comfortable being themselves. I felt like this employee was being very disrespectful towards my child's needs. There was barely anyone in there, she knew we paid for the trampoline so for her to make a big deal over the wristband was very unnecessary.
Or grave daughter loves this place. We go once a week. The food is great too!
