My grandson who yesfive years old and I had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese this week. The staff was wonderful very helpful. Very nice. The games are lots of fun. I love the trampoline and ninja run area for variety and they can get energy out that way. It’s a fast paced fun place for children, Especially for five-year-olds up to maybe 10-year-olds. It’s a great Way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Went here with my friend and spent money on food and went to get togo boxes and they threw out our pizza , wings , and drinks and there was a good amount left . It was 7:45 and they close at 8 and the worker saw us waiting for Togo boxes and she did it anyways . This lady has been rude 3 separate visits (thursdays if we are being honest about day of the week ) and does not belong around children with her attitude . She said it wasn’t her fault and it was closing time even though we had 15 min to pack up and go … and if she was really pressed about leaving she should have started cleaning the bathroom instead of throwing peoples stuff out . We have had plenty of positive experiences here but when other workers are working and she is not there . Whenever she is there she yells and throws an attitude at everyone and acts like she is too good for the job. She needs to fix her attitude and be positive especially around children , this is supposed to be a magical place filled with memories for children but she ruins the whole vibe of Chuck E. Cheese…

I've gone to a couple of locations, but this one is my favorite. It is a convienient location. It is clean and the staff are generally friendly and helpful here. Especially the usual doorman. The games are usually in working order and a better variety, wish the ticket payout was a little better on the games but glad its only 1 credit to do all the games, other locations don't have the ticket claw machine like this one.

Prices are reasonable and babies love the bounce gym and hologram floor. Prices are decent and food is good. Yes they have adult beverages.
Took my granddaughter to have a great time! Well she had a great time because she didn't know what took place . That's what great grandparents do. Staff wasn't friendly for a kids place. Staff followed us around like we was doing something wrong every move we made, so we moved to a different part of the building. We'll here comes the Staff watching our every move. Sad but funny because we was just doing family fun with our 3 year old. So we got our food and sat at a table. Keep in mind. Only 11 people in the building counting our party of 5. Lady tells us we can't sit at the table we was at it was reserved for a party that she can help move our food, no thanks, 3 hours later still no party showed up for the reserved seat. Feel like we was targeted/ profiled the whole time. Sorry but not sorry. This place needs new management, and Staff that smile and are upbeat for a place for kids. But top it off , they didn't say nothing to or about the people smoking weed in the bathroom. Get you act together. Goes to show your business is only as good as the people you hire. None of them looked like they wanted to be at work. So if you dont like you job find 1 you do! Last run for chucky cheese.

Overall Experience: I was very disappointed with our recent visit. We spent $60 for two 1-hour game cards and $40 for a pizza and four drinks, which is far too expensive given the poor quality and condition of the facility. Many of the games and rides were broken, outdated, or dirty, and it was difficult for my children to play because other kids stayed on the machines for long periods without being asked to share.
Chuck E. only appeared once to sing happy birthday to a party and then left without interacting with the rest of the kids. The location was overcrowded with three birthday parties happening at the same time, creating a chaotic and unpleasant environment. For the prices charged, amenities such as the trampoline should be included, not sold as an extra.
Overall, the facility felt run-down, poorly maintained, and lacking in guest engagement. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

The lemon pepper wings was so salty we couldn't eat them! They only had 1 cashier working and it took forever to order! Smh!
