We were in this line for over 45 minutes got the wrong order even if we asked numerous times the cashier ignored us but there was so many in line we left just to get home and the freaking order was wrong so we didn't get what we paid for and the service sucked we understand if there short handed but dang they wouldn't even answer the phone so make us wonder you knew for the beginning and how many other who waited so long u messed there order up first and last time going there a waste of time

1st the good , the chicken and fries were hot, very fresh, cooked no more than 2 mins before they were served to me. However, I felt the food was flavorless! Not even a hint of salt was present. Now, the atmosphere was giving poverty ??♀️It's a once or twice a year food choice for me. I was still disappointed ?

I stopped by to grab lunch, I hadn't had Church's in a long time. I placed my order for 5pcs of chicken & paid for an extra peice. I ordered an extra biscuit and a regular Colesaw. I received 3peices of chicken, 3 biscuits and soupy Colesaw. I tried calling & the mailbox is full. My receipt was incorrect . There was a lack of professionalism as the person who took my order used profanity as if it were proper behavior. It shouldn't matter what area a business is located, Pay Attention to your Customer and the Order! Save your unprofessional behavior at home. I was Extremely disappointed!
