So when we go in and eat, no one tells us the card machine is down and then demands that we write or card info. If the restaurant card machine goes down the restaurant should comp the meals. Simple, no bully people and offer nothing for the inconvenience

We came there to eat and was never told that their card machine was down until it was time to leave. No one else in the restaurant seemed to have to pay with cash but us, a group of teen girls. We waited a hour and the didn't offer to help and demanded that we write down our credit card numbers.
I must say this used to be my favorite Mexican Restaurant but it has changed. The food isnt the same. It is not as good. Not seasoned. Seems not made with love anymore. I waited so long for my food. Yeah i wont be back there for awhile

I go here every month or so not frequent. This is what happened this visit. I like dogs but I don’t feel they belong in a restaurant and I think it is in Poor judgment of the establishment to allow customers to bring in animals. I know that they’re probably thinking the animal is no problem but some people just don’t care for the idea as I don’t. So this was the first BAD impression I got for my dining experience at Cinco de Mayo. My wife and I ordered chicken fajita meal for one that we were going to share along with queso cheese. We were surprised when the fajita came out almost instantaneously from when we ordered it, but we noticed that it didn’t sizzle, and there was no smell or fresh lime had been squeezed over it and it wasn’t very hot BAD impression number two. So hmmmmm!! we had requested few extra tortilla wraps to have with our meal. So, it didn’t seem like there was a whole lot in this meal, but we know that restaurants are cutting back on their portion sizes. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Cinco de Mayo atmosphere is good as expected of a restaurant/bar. Now we get the bill. The price fajita For one was $18. An extra $ 1.50 was added For the extra tortillas. Two iced teas and one small container of queso melted cheese. The bill came to.$33.00. With the tip it came to close to $40. Kind of pricey for what was in essence a one person meal. I know the tea cost us four dollars apiece but still pricing so for this reason, I’m giving Cinco de Mayo a C+. Not sure if I’ll go back 4 weeks from now. Cinco de Mayo es no bueno. Lo siento
