Do not order a mixed drink/cocktail from the bar between 2pm and 7pm. The Happy Hour rates are because the bartender is non-existent. My 2nd time here and it will be my last.

This service was unbelievable. Sat down for 45 minutes after a jaguars playoff game and they didn’t seem to be prepared at all for the crowd. Got water after an hour of sitting, and got our food after an hour and a half. They also messed up the check 3 different times and charged us for things we didn’t get. Horrible service

We come here every Sunday before the jaguars’ game. This place never disappointed us. Great food, excellent service and extremely pleasant staff. It’s highly recommended

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the view of the city life and the river. The service was ok. Not amazing not bad. A little slow we thought, especially for Mexican restaurant standards. I got the fajita quesadilla and kids got normal beef tacos. All was very good. My wife not carne Asada and it was completely bland and tasteless without moving it with the onions and some sauces. Overall a good visit.

I ordered food from here to take out. I told them to put no cheese on it. I get back to my room and discover that I don't have napkins or utensils. After spending 10 minutes finding some in my hotel, I discovered there was cheese on the Pineapple Fajitas. I tried to call and discovered that the receipt was generic. No name of restaurant and no phone number on the receipt. I'm stuck. I go back the next day and request a refund or partial refund. Refused! Offered a future discount. I don't love here and don't expect to return again. Negative food and service experience. Not a good business model.

My work brings me through Jacksonville. Been to this restaurant many times, never had a bad meal. This time however, while the plate was too hot to touch, the food itself was barely room temperature. Told the server, she just said, ‘Ok’, nothing else. I guess that’s it for me.
