I stopped by after eating in the food court, and honestly this location needs a reset. I got in line and watched the cashier, Destiny G, check out a gentleman in a suit with full attention. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted a classic roll with an extra frosting cup. She put my roll in the microwave and then literally started having a full-on texting session on her phone while I was standing there waiting to pay.

Seriously? No phone for the guy before me, but suddenly she’s glued to her screen when it’s my turn? The shift in energy was obvious and rude. I even had to remind her not to forget the frosting cup because this location loves to “accidentally” skip things and still charge for them.

Her attitude and lack of professionalism made it feel like she wasn’t all there — like she came to work high or just didn’t care. It’s always something with this Cinnabon. At this point they either need to shut down or hire an entirely new team because the customer experience is consistently awful.

Worst experience here by far.

Destiny G was very rude and unprofessional kept rolling and scoffing, plus the food was stiff and tasted very stale I have contacted Cinnabon for a refund. Update manager refused to reach out to me to get a refund still have to deal with corporate.

Scanner never works. Just left there and Destiny was behind the counter, cursing up a storm on the phone with whoever and I waited a bit before she even approached me. I finally placed my order then she explains that the scanner is not working and I can’t redeem my reward. Go figure. No big deal, I told her I did it want the food and she started to yell at me that she has no way of voiding the transaction and that I need to get on the phone to explain to her Manager why she has to void a transaction. I left. I will never be back. Horrible service and again, scanner for rewards never works.

We stopped here at Cinnabon and Destiny, Robert and Roy were so kind. If you looking for good customer service and good patience and down to earth folks and overall good cinnamon roll fresh and hot this the location to go!!!!

Rude and would rather be in their phones instead of helping customers but I guess in desperation to hire anyone that’s what you get!!Looked really dirty and gross!! Sad times for The Avenues. A place that was once fun to go to going downhill very fast.

On a crowded day in the mall we patiently waited for around 15 minutes at Cinnabon just to be told it would be 20 minutes until they got more cinnabons. During this time we watched an employee with her gloves on grab her cell phone out of her pocket multiple times and then continue to mix the cinnamon into whatever she had spread on the counter with those same gloves which is needless to say disgusting. We all know our phones go everywhere with us and I dont want all of that in my food. Needless to say we left and no one let the long line behind us even know that it would be up to 20 minutes before they had any cinnabons. Also the girl at the register acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when trying to order one of their topped cinnabons being advertised at the register 🤨

RIP Cinnabon
Christmas Eve tradition of getting Cinnabon is sadly come to an end.

They let everyone sit in line for 30 minutes only to tell everyone in line that ALL the cinnamon buns that we watched them bake were not for sale.

Sorry management, and the employees didn't care and were clearly just tired of serving people. It would have been kind to tell all of us that what we were watching them make we could not buy and not to talk to us as if we were stupid. It was 430 pm when I left.

So from 4pm to 430pm I was a trusting customer and now idiot sitting in line patiently waiting for the cinnamon buns. I was watching them pull out of the oven and fill up the counter space, surely we were all in line for a treat. It seems cruel and petty to let us watch you work and not tell us we were unable to purchase anything, but at least this year, I will try to make my own, and Cinnabon can continue to flounder as a franchise.

RIP Cinnabon, we had so many good years together. You obviously do not need any more business.

On the upside, I learned how to make cinnamon buns even better than the ones they make and with all real whole ingredients. So maybe my gift from Cinnabon this year after decades of buying rolls is that they gave me inspiration to 1 up them, and now my family has started a new tradition.

So, as I said, RIP Cinnabon, we have moved on without you!

Staff was very rude. There was no Cinnabons available and was told there would be a 30m wait after waiting 15m in line. I said we don’t mind waiting and wanted to order. We were told we can’t order and had to come back in 30m and try our luck in line again. It’s basically a Cinnabon lottery. Clowns.

Same lady referenced in previous review, heavier black lady, was super rude and more interested in talking on her AirPod (complaining about me interrupting her conversation and asking a question). She was rude enough that instead of buying multiple to take home I decided to find another treat for my family. Definitely won’t be back if she’s there.

I had a bigger black lady w a gold tooth (i dont know her name unfortunately) be rude as hell towards me. Got my order wrong (i asked for a frozen cinnamonroll cold brew) proceeds to act like i asked for a regular unflavored cold brew and starts slamming things around to correct my order. She then also fails to make the drink GOOD without the flavor (it still taste like cold brew) & charged me 2 dollars extra. Never buying from them if shes at the counter bc bye?
