Terrible service. Very rude employees. Manager was rude as well. Everyone treated us like we were bothering them when we wanted to order. Never again will we come back to this location. Calling the corporate office today. It's such a shame because we spend alot of money at Cinnabon and so does my family.

Had to wait extra time because they had to cook more for the delivery order I was picking up. That wasn't the issue. They proceeded to help customers that had just walked up, even though I had been waiting for 15 minutes for my order to be ready, very inconsiderate and rude!

Young lady double charged me and then when I noticed 2nd charge on my debit card I called the location and the person said they couldn't do a refund as she couldn't sign on as the other young ladyThus I had to.drive to the kiosk show.proof of double charge and they gave me 1 cinnamon roll which I had been billed for prior.

These are the regular size cinnamon buns, with barely any frosting on them a the employee Pierce working the front insisted she has to charge for extra frosting on these and they didn’t have any other selections made. And then when asking for napkins she said they just didn’t have any with attitude. I will be checking in with corporate, and this is why business do not thrive from lame, slack employees. Sad affairs. As a business owner myself I would Most definitely let her go. Ppl like that running the business its Destin for major complaints and issues.overall just Poor quality and bad customer service.i am mean look at this picture and you want someone to pay over$8.00 for this with paying for extra frosting that should be covering them already. Just ridiculous!

Visited today and bought a classic Cinnabon. Looking at it....EVERYTHING told me NOT to buy it but I did. OMG, so dry, almost NO icing and hard as my head! Looks like it was cooked yesterday! I called to complain and NO ONE ANSWETS THE PHONE!!! It goes RIGHT to voicemail! Called THREE times, same ting! WON'T be returning!

The rating is a 0Upon my arrival at Cinnabon no employees were present for at least 3min while I waited for someone to appear.The Employee DestinyShe was at a kiosk across talking with the employees without noticing I’m there for about 3 min waiting for service.She came over very rude. Didn’t greet me at the counter.I asked if there were any minis and she just pointed.I asked how she was doing because she didn’t greet me. I asked her name she looked and I asked again then she told me. I asked if there was a manager. She stated we don’t have a manager. I then asked to get the corporate number she refused and said I don’t know it.She proceeded to yell out is there a problem. I told her yes that her customer service wasn’t up to the standards of Cinnabon. She said well I don’t have to serve you. She told be I better leave before she gets security to kick me out. Security came over and asked me what happened as I was taking with security she butted in and Interrupted several times.I told security that if Cinnabon knew the type of behavior and customer service that has been displayed by Destiny I’m sure they would not approve that behavior.

Supposed to be open at 11 but lady said they won't open till 12 because she wasn't ready. Good help is really hard to find. Hopefully they are worth it. Also why is it Cinnabon charges more if you want fresh rolls? Nowhere else is that acceptable business except there. Totally stupid business model but it works for them I guess. Ill go buy some from a store and make my own fresh and hot. And like others reviews said you get nothing but attitude from employees here.

I went to cinnamon bun and there's this guy name Trejon he was very nice and respectful he was very sweet to me made sure that I was happy and satisfied and he mad sure that my food was fresh and hot it's because of him why i rated 5 ⭐ if he's not manger he should be he has amazing customer service he is what a person should be working in fast food i will definitely be back Trejon great job ?

Good food and friendly staff. I don’t consider it to be all too pricey. Although, there have been times when they are out of something as basic as cinnamon rolls and I was told that it would be 30 minutes before more were ready.

Yum!! I must say the Cinnabon I recently purchased wasn’t near the size it should have been. I purchased a regular sized Cinnabon but when I opened the box, after getting home, I was so disappointed with its size. Literally half of it was not there. Something went wrong with the proofing and it shouldn’t have been sold.It was still delicious, but to know I paid full price for half size was disappointing.If you’re taking your Cinnabon home with you, Check it BEFORE you leave the mall!
