I ordered 6 of the regular classic Cinnabons hoping to get the soft gooey cinnamon rolls. What I got was the double the tiny ones that are dry crusty and have a reining smell of old almost rancid lard! Horrible! I called DoorDash to get a refund. Plus I never wanted not thought I was getting order from the Northside. I thought I was ordering from the Avenues Mall but I found out I am out of area. I tried calling but no one answered.

Lately we are being treated very poorly by those who work at this site. We truck drivers deserve respect. We cannot be mistreated in service. Remember that for us truck drivers, this business works. But for my part, I am leaving that place and the pailot. I prefer to pay more and be well served.

The cinnabons tasted watered down & not fresh at all. I'm sticking to going to the avenues for now on. I only came here because I love cinnabons and I was in the area. I really wanted some. Didn't taste anything like the fresh ones you'd get from the avenues mall if you've ever gone. Don't go here.

Was craving a nice warm cinnamon roll and this was the closest spot near by. Unfortunately it's inside of a gas station and that's probably why they don't recognize the Cinnabon Rewards Program. I went in on a Sunday morning as shown in one photo. No one was at the Cinnabon station when I arrived. After about 8 minutes an employee showed up and was extremely helpful. The products tasted amazing and would go back again.Got 3 Classic Cinnamon Rolls for $13

Disappointed to see that it is a gas station Cinnabon and closed at 5:45pm when Google stated it is opened until 7pm

The worst customer service, went in one Friday morning at 7 and was told no one was available to work cinnabon until later, was told I could purchase one of the cinnabon already prepared and boxed that was sitting out on the counter, then I ask is there a way I can purchase extra toppings and she said, no you can not, No one is available to work there! now today Saturday 11:22 and still can't get service. Either I purchased one that already boxed or do without.. so o I ask are open and she said we don't open on weekends ? ?? well alrighty then, guess I'll go somewhere else. Sad customer service sucks
