I truly enjoyed my first time at any of Tibits' locations. I had a 1/2 Ruben with Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo combo. I was very impressed with the Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo. By the way, the weather was cold and rainy, I couldn't had a better lunch on a day like this. Thank you Jam and Regina for such wonderful service!!!! Definitely coming back to try the next combo😋

Decent sandwich. Not many quick food options their end of San Marco so kinda convenient.They nickel and dime for items expected to come with lunch meal. Croissant upcharge, toasted croissant upcharge in the past must've meant just for the croissant, etc.. Theres no discount for items declined such as lettuce, tomato, or pickle so why charge for croissant if there are so many other options at regular price? Not a totally bad deal. Not a fan of the way food prices have gone up and what restaurants have had to do to stay afloat.

Since I found this place, I have been impressed with the quality and freshness of their food. I highly recommend the croissant as it is flaky, buttery, melt in your mouth deliciousness.

Picked up a half way done to go order to be received by the person giving me the order half way wrapped and with a really ugly attitude. If you don’t like you job quit don’t take it out on the people going to get food. Horrible service. Didn’t catch neither of their names but the employee with super nasty attitude was the girl with tattoos and dreads.

First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered delivery VERY late, maybe 3 mins prior to closing ( I wasn't aware they closed at 2:30). Needless to say, my food still got made and delivered and was great! I will definitely try other things on their menu in the future!

I absolutely love this place the manager Stacey amazing ! Clara the owner is also amazing! This A family owned restaurant! Which you can tell, the food is rich everything is made from scratch the dressings are amazing the salads are so fresh and the chicken salad is off the chain! Best chicken salad in Jacksonville Florida! Come on come on come visit us

The food is very good, the prices are reasonable, the portions are very good and the food tastes very good. I loved!

Really great fresh food. And one of the reasons why I go there is because the Baymeadows location hired my friend’s son who has Down syndrome ? so I like to support this business. The potato salad is delicious.
