Clean, friendly service. Only three categories on the menu, but serving only two of them. I guess it is authentic. All food to be eaten with your hands, but they have a laundry sink outside to clean up in. It is worth the experience, expect to be shocked.

I appreciate that the "vegetarian option" is vegan! it's a very interesting restaurant and i hope they expand from their existing offerings. I had the Mini pancakes and the tacos, the tacos were kind of annoying to eat because they crumbled in my hands. but everything tasted very good and the flavors were pretty exciting.I also had their tamarind drink and their house special drink both were good, though it's not "Vietnamese" I think they should do Boba Tea swell since they already do Thai iced tea.

The presentation is A+! I am amazed to see a banana leaf on my food as part of their presentation in a box, very thoughtful and also delicious food. Very filling! I will come back for more and try their thai tea. I had the Vietnamese pancake traditional. Very tasty. Good job. 1st time here tonight.

My best friend and I had seen a few pictures of this place & we decided to give it a try. I ordered the traditional (pork & shrimp) Vietnamese tacos and my best friend ordered the chicken ones. They were both absolutely spectacular & the service was even better. The atmosphere was clean and very appealing to the eye. We will definitely be back!

Their attention to health and Freshness is definitely a major plus! I can’t ask for a better location that not only serves amazing healthy food but complies well with Covid guidelines.

The first time we went they were still in the soft opening phase, so tacos were not available. What we did have was a Vietnamese pancake, which was fantastic. Today we scored tacos were ready and pretty impressive. There's an excellent selection of toppings, and you can upgrade to fish and calamari and some other items for a small price—the stuffing in the tacos very fresh and crispy. I was not in love with the taco shell itself. It's easy to handle; it has a nice crisp texture, but there was no taste. The Vietnamese pancake remains my favorite. Excellent eating outside on the patio. Give it a try the staff is friendly and helpfull

I should have taken my picture of the shrimp and pork vietnames tacos before I had gobbled the first one down. We found them through the rewards network dining club and are appreciative that they are on it. Will definitely be back.

I had a follower reach out and suggest Co3Vietaco. I had to give it a try based on the feedback. After my first 2 visits I’m more than pleased. From the moment I ordered, the customer service shined, explaining the menu and making suggestions. I went with the traditional pancake w pork and shrimp served with fresh greens for wrapping. The flavors were delicious, the crispiness of the pancake added great texture and the fresh greens were the perfect added touch. My second trip I had beef tacos and added quail eggs. Another excellent meal but I did prefer the pancake bc of their addition of fresh greens and veggies.What a great fast casual find in Jax with options your not going to find anywhere else!
