Cold Stone Creamery

A lil disappointed. Ice cream shake - ice cream taste old (freezer taste). Didn't feel too well after consuming. So far, cold stone on Roosevelt Blvd is the best cold stone place to go. I've only tried this location, southside Blvd and Roosevelt.

We did a custom cake for our son’s 18th birthday. He wanted birthday cake remix. It was so yummy!

Have a pregnant wife who is craving for gelato so I googled for gelato stores near me and found this place looked at their menu and had pictures of and named gelato so I ended up driving 11miles to go get gelato ,come to find out they don’t even have gelato at all , so disappointed ,so I consider it as false advertisement to mislead and need to update your site . I can’t post this unless I put a star or else I would put a negative star on it you have to understand dealing with a pregnant person is not easy . Happy wife happy life!

The ratio of toppings to ice cream seemed a little light. Otherwise, the service was great. The place was clean. A bit pricey for what you get.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I MUST HAVE HAD THE WRONG SKIN COLOR FOR THESE PEOPLE TO EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE MY ORDER. There was only one person ahead of me in line being waited on. I just stood there with no one coming to get my order. Two employees were just standing by the cash register talking doing nothing ! I see a manager keep walking by and doing nothing. HOWEVER THE WHITE PERSON WHO WAS AHEAD OF ME GOT INSTANT SERVICE WHEN SHE WALKED UP !! I just stood there waiting like an idiot for some one to take my order but no one did. I finally just walked out and left.I quit going to this location a few years ago because of the same thing happening to me !! Unless you are white or Hispanic the service is terrible if you get any at all! What else can you expect from a city like Jacksonville.If you are black you might want to stay away from this place because they will be too lazy or too busy to scoop you some freaking ice cream.They should put a sign on this place that says WHITES OR HISPANICS ONLY.
