Great ice cream as always, but customer service is awful. We walked in and were greeted by one of the five people that was working. She also was the one that helped my son with his order, I wish I would have gotten her name because she wasn’t the problem. The young lady that helped me seemed to be impatient with an attitude, the one that helped my husband seemed like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to make the order. We seemed rushed when we were trying to read...

Cold Stone Creamery is good, they never disappoint. My wife loves this place. It is one of her favorite places to get ice cream. No matter which flavor or combination you create their ice cream is on the sweeter side but it's good.

Way too expensive in my opinion. Was charged 2 medium specialities plus extra dollar for ice cream ??? Do like how they mix ingredients in the ice cream before they put in containers.
