First time visit. Hadxa tough day and decided to stop in for a treat. Great selection. Quality was excellent. Only one employee who was working hard. Service obviously had to suffer given thexstffing level. Good level access. Chairs were sturdy. Good for multiple body types, but not terribly comfortable. Was a $16 tab for a small shake and a sundae. #ice cream #access #treat

Rudest bunch of people ever! Handed me a cup of ice cream with it spilling all over the outside. Acted like it was a chore to wait on me.

Service really needs to be stepped up and all employees need to be retrained in customer service. I understand the process of making the ice cream served here and that is can be messy. But to hand a customer a cup dripping from all sides, not offer a lid or at least attempt to clean the edges is just wrong. This happened to all four of my family's order. I was wearing the ice cream before I even paid for it. I had to finally ask for lids and was never even offered any napkins or anything. The ice cream was delicious but the customer service was a negative 10. I have worked in customer for 12+ years and would never have handed a customer such a mess. And the girls didn't even seem to care at all.
