Went and got an ice cream cake at the person helping me Heavyn was a God send.. I had no clue about what I wanted but she pointed me in the right direction and everyone loved it!

i was served by kaitlyn today and it was the best staff interaction i’ve had at this store. she was polite and fast with my order. she made me feel like it wasn’t just a service interaction and took the time to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. she deserves a raise for how she treats her customers and the store.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a cake on Monday to pick up today (Friday) at 12pm. I even called yesterday to make sure they had the order and that the cake would be ready. Got to the store at 12:45pm and cake wasn’t ready. Young girl was rude. Never apologized. Just kept saying it wasn’t her fault. Wouldn’t be honest with me about how long it would take to make it ready. After almost 45 mins of waiting, I asked for my money back. I understand things happen but to act like I was the problem and never even apologize was just unacceptable. I’ll never return to this location.

The staff here is the reason I will not go back to this located. Went with my family, store was empty had to wait about 5mins before someone started to serve us. Mind you there were 2 girls in the front and 1 girl that came out from the back. Girl that serve us looked like she didn't want to be there, attitude and definitely showed she didn't care. Apart from that ice cream was ok.
