I delivered her supplies and she was a lovely lady…not only did she pay me she offered me a cookie…I tell u this is one of the best cookies I ever ate!!!!

I have been patronizing to this business for years. The cookies are baked to perfection; sealed with love. The owner and her beautiful staff genuinely cares about each customer and product presentation! The prices are just as awesome. Please keep them in mind when you need a gift to bring a smile to anyone or any occasions.

Cookie Bokay delivered cookies to my son who just returned from deployment. I forgot that my son’s condo had a gate that blocked entrance to his floor/door. They were able to deliver his cookies by waiting patiently for someone to open the gate! Amazing customer service and my son just LOVED the cookies (his fav was the cowboy cookies!)

My co worker introduced me to this lovely place of cookie heaven and I've been hooked every since lol when I can't go make a trip to get some, I send my husband! I'm in love!!!!!!!! The taste, the prices, and the customer service is all a 10 out of 10 will always recommend!!!!!!

I don't know how the cookies are but I called and ordered a cookie delivery/shipping and I never even got an email confirmation of my order. I did not get notice when it shipped nor did I receive notice when it arrived. I paid a lot of money for this basket and at least an acknowledgement and further communication regarding my order would have been appreciated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went for a sympathy bookay for nurse at Dr. Office. Was told it would take 20 mins. Owner starts taking calls forgets to tell the lady to start my order. Jumps up to tell her. She pulls the cookies but doesn't start the assembly. Owner still on calls. When the helper does start she taking her time. So I tell the owner at this point I'm HERE A paying customer that is now running late for my Dr appointment. She continued with phone call. I bet that person didn't spend $1.00. Why not place the call on hold... get my order COMPLETELY STARTED and then resume the call!!!
