Great food, cozy atmosphere, great service.

First time here today for brunch, the food was hot and delicious . the atmosphere was clean , comfortable and New Orleans feeling . Holly was my waitress and took care of us with great service. I will be returning soon and if you haven’t please rush and go !

We order thanksgiving catering from here every year and it's always a great experience. It saves us so much time and the food is always wonderful. Can't wait to do it again next year.

Everything was great. I sat at the bar and had exceptional service. The manager was awesome and even came out and made me a personal drink that was a new holiday addition to the menu for November. I must say I’ve never had food that great in a long time will most definitely be back to try more.

Waitress was definitely the problem I’m assuming, after waiting for are initial bottles of beer forever, then waiting for our cold entrees for. 40 minutes plus, we asked for condiments and she even returned once and said how’s everything towards the end of us eating the only thing that was hot, the sweet potato fries.that my wife sent back initially. So at the end she comes to the with two of the three continents we requested. It’s not worth to keep going on about a first time experience at this place, but highly disappointed.

Had the crab cakes with shrimp Alfredo sauce. I am from New Orleans but this Jacksonville restaurant is the worst I've ever had. Look at the shrimp that was served.

We went to Copeland’s to have a nice dinner. They put us back in a corner of the restaurant by the buffet -not the best atmosphere. They brought out my husband’s entree, and not mine. I patiently waited, thinking my was coming. It never did-I waved down the waiter. He went to check, and they forgot to make it. By now, my husband’s meal was getting cold. I did not want to wait for them to make mine-so we said no, and can we please talk to the manager. The manager came out-said he would not charge us for my husband’s entree. They charged us for 2 drinks, an appetizer, and biscuits. Personally, if they wanted us back-they should have said the appetizers and drinks were covered too. We won’t be back.

Had a great dinner here! Food was amazing. Service was great as well. Ambiance was nice and music was loud enough to hear but still could talk with no problem. Both dishes we ordered and the appetizer were absolutely delicious!! And a great size as well. I had jambalaya and he had shrimp n grits!!

Great food and service at this Copelands location. Always Abita beer on tap to make it great as well. My favorite dish was amazing as usual...Shrimp and Tasso pasta

It's been awhile since l had been here. Absolutely delicious food!!!! Pricing was well within range too. Service was terrific and attentive.
