My family did a birthday party for me there out on the patio had a great time staff was very courteous and helpful and all the different dishes were very goodWheelchair accessibility: My brother and his girlfriend are handicapped and use very large wheelchairs they had no problems getting in on the patio and I believe that if we had gone into the restaurant itself they would have had no problems as well!

Went to this place today for the first time and you wouldn’t believe what happen THE DAMN NEWS STATION CAME THROUGH THE DOORS SAYING THEY HAVE 20 HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS! We didn’t even get to order our entree , I instantly lost my appetite and we left. I physically saw the paper work and there was a long list of violations .

We want to thank the Copeland's team for making our Wedding rehearsal dinner an outstanding experience. Our guests couldn't stop praising the organization, service and food all night long. We want to give an extra special recognition to Stephanie who tended to the bride when she needed some assistance upon arrival. We thank you all and will always remember your outstanding service for years to come. The Bride & Groom

I want to start by saying that I never leave reviews for restaurants but felt compelled to get on Goggle and make this review. I frequent Copeland’s in Jacksonville and I always have a great time. Service and food are usually always a 8 or 9, if not a 10. If ever I had an issue, the food was fixed and remade with perfection. Today was the absolute WORST experience of mine here at this restaurant. I received my “lightly” cooked Rockerfeller oysters about 30 mins from when the order was put in and when they were clearly “well done” they were remade. When i received the new oysters, about a quarter of them were missing the “Rockefeller”. So the chef then brought out extra spinach and when i tried to eat the oysters they were cold. I spoke with a manager Katie and she was less than helpful and honestly had no customer service or reconciliation for the issue. This is the absolute worst experience I have had here and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with how management and the kitchen handled me as a customer today. I will not be back for a while and just a heads up for anybody on their way in, the moment you notice they are not taking your business serious please just leave because there will be no resolution unless you look like a person Katie is comfortable with.

Great tasting food for the buffet although it would have been nice to have more to choose from. The staff was amazing and the drinks were perfectly balanced. I plan to return but for dinner instead of the brunch buffet.

Visited on a Saturday evening. The greeter was friendly, and the wait time to be seated was very short. My waiter claimed he's from New Orleans, but I'm not that convinced. The food was okay. Wish the business would have played music from LA. My waiter claimed he's from New Orleans, but I'm not that convinced. Needless to say, the service could have been better. My husband and I arrived 15-20 minutes before a family of six were seated. We placed our order and drinks. Somehow, this family was able to receive their drinks, appetizers, and meal before us. Not to mention, the Chef himself brought food that was personally prepared for the family. That family had our waiter, the greeter, their waiter, and one of the chefs bringing them extra items. I had to reach out to my waiter for multiple things. I'm not hating on the family that got the presidential treatment. If we had better service, this review would be better. We need to include that our waiter was kind to us but failed to care for our needs. Forgot to mention, this was our first time dining and mostly be our last.Best of luck to the company.
