So good!!! My husband and I stopped in while visiting Jacksonville for the day. We both got freshly made Indian food, although they have great American options on the menu as well, and my husband loved the masala dosa so much that he went back for another. There is outdoor seating and lots of space for kids to run. I also ordered the triple chocolate cookie, which was warm and chunky. Totally recommend!!!! And genuinely friendly owners♥️
Always the sweetest owner and her friend that works there as well, the biscuits and gravy are amazing!! along with Masla Dosa is a recommendation from her and it was delicious. Will regular her often and can’t wait for when they add outside seating!

Amazing food. It felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. We had Masala Dosa, Idli Bonda Vada. Everything was great. Would return again.

I have been eating at Corner Farm Kitchen since it opened about a year ago. The restaurant is halfway between my house and work, and it has become part of my routine. If money was no object, I'd stop here every day for a cup of the fantastic chai tea.
Though Corner Farm Kitchen is a completely separate entity from Liberty Bakery, which formerly occupied this old Skinner's Dairy drive-through building, CFK is an unusual mix of Liberty Bakery's breakfast and lunch standards as well as scratch-made Indian fare. I was never very impressed with Liberty Bakery's offerings, but I have found some holdovers from Liberty's menu that I enjoy, primarily the banana nut bread. The biscuits are also pretty good.
The real reason to go to CFK is the Indian food. For those who are afraid Indian food is all off-the-charts spicy and upsetting to the stomach, do not fear. This has not been my experience at all. The Indian food is delicious and far healthier than almost any other option in the area. The owner rightly takes pride in her homemade, small batch recipes and the fact that she uses the best ingredients. An excellent example is also one of the main reasons for going there: the chai tea. This tea is blended by hand from tea leaves and spices and brewed for an hour every morning. I am now ruined for store-bought chai, or any other tea, because this hands-down the best tea I have ever tasted. If you like Chai tea, or even if you have never tasted it, you must try it! No one I have shared my tea with has not liked it.
The naan with butter chicken is a delicious lunch option that seems to be very popular. The naan is the most delicious I have ever tasted.
I also love the samosas. These are spicy, but bearably so for those who like spicy food. Also excellent are the bonda (imagine a savory donut served with peanut chutney), and the dosas (Indian crepes with different savory fillings).
Perhaps best of all is that the owner and chef has become a friend who knows my first name and is always happy to see me. She and her wonderful food have become something I look forward to experiencing at least 2-3 times a week.
I recommend Corner Farm Kitchen to anyone living or working in the Southpoint/University Boulevard South area. If you are looking for vegetarian or gluten free options (rice flour and lentil flour are used in much of the Indian food) or just something different from American fast food for lunch or breakfast, you are missing out if you have not discovered CFK yet!
Corner Farm Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in the area, and I hope it lasts for many years to come!

I recently ordered the non-veg lunch thali and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was scrumptious, reminiscent of homemade cooking, and felt freshly prepared. The chicken gravy and veg rice were exceptional. However, I felt the price was slightly steep. On a positive note, the gulab jamun was delightfully soft.
Two suggestions for improvement:
1. Consider offering chicken gravy and veg rice as standalone options for customers.
2. A slight price reduction (by $2-3) could potentially increase orders.
Overall, great food quality and potential for growth with adjustments.
The food is delicious and home made. 5/5

A lovely breakfast kitchen spot that is drive thru only. I initially was interested in a biscuit but saw that they also offered dosas with chutney. I bought the egg dosa, with peanut and tomato chutney. Both delicious!
Customer service was fantastic, lady at the window even let me try their chai. Very very aromatic and delicious.
Will come again soon

Excellent food, at an excellent price!
Great place to grab on the go, get your fill without emptying your purse or wallet.
I prefer almost any locally based business over the large food chains, a business like this is one that boost our economy in proximity to where we live.
This is how we embrace, love and support our communities, by creating and developing businesses that deliver this level of value and quality and by the rest of us coming and buying from them.
I love this business, it’s perfect for this particular area, I will be coming back regularly.
I bought the Bacon,Egg,Cheese Biscuit, Hot Coffee and a Caesar Salad for lunch.

Very simple and delicious
I drive by this place on my way to work and thought I’d swing through. The coffee was delicious and bacon, egg & cheese biscuit was anything but average. Everything is made from scratch and the ladies working there are so sweet.
