I was extremely disappointed with the service during my recent visit. Despite waiting for an hour, we didn't receive our salads, which we had ordered. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one available. The person who identified themselves as the 'manager' explained that the kitchen had prioritized to-go orders, leaving us with nothing but coffee for an hour. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, I overheard the 'manager' and our server making disrespectful comments about us, suggesting they were inconvenienced by having to address our concerns. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I've dined at this establishment several times before and have never experienced such poor service. I would caution anyone against dining here if they expect timely and respectful service.

I eat here often but no longer will after tonight. The past two times I have eaten here has been horrible tbh. The first time I was served wire in my chicken fried steak when i confronted the waitress she stated it was from the grill brush at this time I also had white stuff floating in my tea possibly from a dirty cup. Tonight my daughter's food had a hair in it. The green beans were soggy and the biscuits were literally raw. Nomore

This is not your fault. I ordered 2 eggs over easy and a fried pork chop for breakfast this morning through Ubereats. The first driver, while on the way to pick up my order, disappeared. Another driver appeared. However, due to Ubereats issue, by the time I got my food it was stone cold. Went in the trash.
I discovered it fairly recent when recommended by a friend. I'm always pleasantly surprised when ordering. The food is well cooked and to your liking as well as good portioned. Visited so far on four occasions and do not have any complaints. Service treatment is cordial and pricing is reasonable.?? Business is well established in the local community.❤️

I have been here a hand full of times. Sam is awesome! She over heard me saying I do landscaping as a career an decided to offer me a cold water on the spot, without having to ask. That’s not only excellence ad a waiter but a very kind human being. As far as other servers some of them walk around with a chip on their shoulder. This is a southern style, cozy, family oriented place in which I enjoy. I’ve had the livers, mash potatoes, gravy, & beef soup and all items were excellent to the taste & texture. If you’re looking for some good southern food in Jax and in the area, do stop in! You won’t regret it ?

Wonderful menu, food and service. Would come here again. Country Cabin serves up great tasting plates of breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack and dinner. Their food is good down home cooking. They have grits. They take good care of you here. All the food our party of 7 had was wonderful.
