Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everything! Restaurant was not crowded, but it was cold. Seated at a table where my chair had food on it and food on the floor. Server was nice, but can only work with what he is given. food came out cold and pancakes were flat and greasy. Manager tried to fix everyrhing, but pancakes came out flat and greasy again. she claimed there was too much water added to mixture but they were cooked in butter. Tasted like bad oil. This is not the first time in recent months. I'm through with Cracker Barrel in Jacksonville, FL. #nomoreCrackerBarrel

It took 45 minutes to get any food. We ordered immediately after sitting down and ordered an App. Never received the onion petals but 45 min later received our entrees. My friend ordered breakfast and the scrambled eggs were ice cold I told the waitress the eggs were cold and she went back to the kitchen offering to make them herself and within 3 to 4 minutes there were hot scrambled eggs. Then, I had to ask for our checks. When checking out, one cashier was in the restroom, and the other cashier went to the back as I was standing at the counter and evidently clocked out. She walked through the retail space straight to the door and walked out. The other cashier is still in the restroom. And I'm standing there trying to pay. Horrible experience. The only reason I gave a star is that at least my food was hot .

This was so good it’s almost funny. My waiter Dan first was complimentary. Then he brings out extra ice with my Coke. And then he brings those little syrup bottles out in hot water to ensure my syrup is hot. Brings out some biscuits that didn’t This dude did everything but roll out the red carpet for me. Food was excellent as always. Somewhat loud as usual but you expect that at the Barrel on a Sunday after church. But impeccable service made for a great experience.

Outstanding service. Outstanding food. Outstanding atmosphere. Greeted upon arrival. Taken to our seat. Plenty of food options. Food arrived within a short time. Enjoyed playing the peg game while waiting. Food was delicious. Especially the Chicken and Dumplings. Biscuits and Cornbread. Waitress did a great job.

I haven't been to this location very many times ,but this evening was the worst experience I've ever had at any cracker barrel before. My food came out 45 minutes after I ordered it and the broccoli was still raw and hard, the chicken was extremely over cooked and I couldn't hardly chew it. The greens were cold and absolutely horrible! The service was just OK but not great. I do not recommend this location and I will definitely not be returning! However, I love all of the other locations and I've always had great food and service at every other cracker barrel in the country.

Got our order 1-1/2hrs after we sat. Came out at different times, six adults one child! After 90 minutes two adult meals, 10 minutes later the baby's, 20 minutes later 3 adults. 10 minutes later 1 adult!
I'll never go there again!

My son and I went for dinner. They were out of the food I wanted. When the waitress came back to the table to tell us she had a mouth full of food. It was gross

Egg shells in my eggs and asked for eggs over medium they were hard. Forgot the gravy for my biscuits, which when brought out had no flavor. Server replaced meal. Vanilla latte was very good. Another Sever was walking around with lollipop in his mouth. While a group of other servers were standing around talking. The hostess seemed to love her job, not. But this seems to be the norm any where you eat any more.

I had a great time! My server Dan G. Was 10/10 I ordered the pancakes with eggs and bacon and he was so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.
