Normally like Cracker Barrel but this location needs help. No silverware then when she finally brought us some, they had food on them and her response was that they gave them a “quick wash”. Finally was given plastic utensils. Campfire looks NOTHING like the picture. No carrots, only one potato and a starved section of chicken. Pretty pitiful.

They ran out of lemons, hash-brown casserole, and fried green tomatoes.

We ordered the meal of the day for Thursday, supposed to be, turkey, dressing, gravy, green beans, sweet potato suffle, cranberry sauce. They didn't put ANY turkey in my wife's meal AT ALL!!! Other portions of her meal were not included or a very miniscule amount!

This location has considerably and consistently gone down tremendously on the quality and quantity of their products! Extremely poor management!

Kelly was awesome. She has a great, upbeat personality, speed, and professionalism. She deserves a raise or at least a bonus! Thanks Kelly!

Not what it used to be..not worth the money for the quality of food you recieve now..No need in complaining to the manager..thought the last time was just a bad visit..we decided to give them a try again and nope they just kinda suck i guess every time now.

Parking lot security seems to point class As and 5th wheels either to the far back of the store or over to where the big trucks park between Walmart and Lowe's. Class Bs and vans seem to be fine in the back corner near the pond overnight. The food was good. The people were nice.

Parking: Parking is in a large shopping complex. Little blue Walmart security cars patrol constantly, which is good for leaving your rig to go shopping.

Food quality was poor. Meatloaf was room temp, dumplings were dry, green beans were not hot at all. Bread did not come out with meal, delivered when meal was half over. Would have asked waitress, but she did not come by our table.

Usually we have a much better experience at this location. Must have been an off day.

Parking: Building exterior. Several available options

It took over 50 minutes to get our food, yet we saw people sit down, eat and leave after we ordered them before we got our food when it arrived. The eggs were cold. The sausage was cooked beyond recognition. The country ham tasted rancid. No apologies and not even a question from the cashier as to how our meal was. Over $50 spent and our morning wasted and we still have to go somewhere else to get something to eat.
Clearly Cracker Barrel isn’t what it used to be, and I will never return to one because of this.
