The restaurant was slammed and the server was clearly running her legs off, so I didn't want toake her life any harder. My chicken was pooled with grease, and they kind of forgot to cook the steamed broccoli. Some days are like that.

Worst experience of 2026 I didn't get what I ordered it took absolutely forever I am usually very laid back when it comes to service had to literally complain to get service my order had to be fixed because they didn't have what I ordered only after waiting about 15 or 20 minutes for them let me know they didn't have it never go there

The food was good and came out pretty fast. My issue was when I went to check out. The girl at the register (Ayden) went out of her way not to engage with us and not cash me out. But you second a Caucasian man stepped to the counter she light up like a candle and smiled waving him over.

It still has some quaintness to it with the rockers outside on their porch and all the different kinds of nostalgic items on the wall inside. The food is pretty good and a pretty good menu. Our server was a nice lady that tried to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you Cracker Barrel and thanks to my cousin for taking my son and I there for lunch. It was a good day.
