I went to get my take out order today & didn't realize until I got there that I left my cards at home. I reluctantly swiped a credit card. It was declined. I apologized & explained that was the only card I had with me to pay. I didn't even think of cashapp. Ayden saved my life today. I have a migraine. Just got work from my job at UPS. ALL I wanted to do was eat, shower & crawl in my bed. She didn't have to do anything for me. But, She was Kind & quick with a solution. THANKS again Ayden. Realllly appreciate YOU! Only editing to Add: Lizzie took my order & executed it flawlessly. Yall made my Monday.

I have never seen a rude person working at Cracker Barrel in Jacksonville, Collins Rd. Everyone from the clerks to the waitresses to the greeters has been absolutely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food is great and there are many items to choose from. I have ordered my food without salt and with custom items, and it has ALWAYS been brought to me exactly the way I asked for it. We will return over and over!

Dietary restrictions: I have to ask for salt-free food. There is no section for that, and there is no selection of organic food. That would be wonderful to be able to have organic, especially because I am restricted to an organic diet. I have to choose the best foods that are safe non-organic and ask that no seasoning be put on it. I can only use himalayan or sea salt, and that is not available - at least not that is listed. I also only eat wild caught fish - nothing farm raised - and no shell fish. I know you can't accommodate every single restriction, but it would be nice to have a few of those things available. There are a lot of people with autoimmune diseases who can't eat at restaurants because of their restrictions.

Kid-friendliness: There are always highchairs available, and the tables can be moved around to accommodate large families.

good food for the price. Waitress was a little slow in following up but she was trying her best so she wouldnt be rude to an older couple who kept talking to her :)

Cracker Barrel is my mom and dads favorite place for us to do lunch when I get up to see them. We have been going every 2 weeks and have not been disappointed. It's clean, the servers are friendly and the food is delicious! The chicken tenders are a favorite for my mom and my dad loves the meatloaf and the pancake dinner.
