My husband and I went to the Arlington, FL location to celebrate his birthday. It was a deplorable experience. The restaurant is dated, the booth hurt my back bc I felt everything the person behind me was doing, the waitress had to be told to supply the nut cracker, they didn’t have the “pick” in order to get the meat out of the shell, the bill was high for only two clusters, and the MOST OUTRAGEOUS part is as a dine in guest you only have plastic forks and knives!!! It absolutely was not worth coming here at all. The celebration was not festive at all.

Food was fresh came out fast maybe 5 to 6 minutes tops. Seasoned and delicious sweet tea on point. Highly recommend. Depending on when you go you will see different specials. They have weekly ones and which is Monday through Thursday and then weekend specials they vary slightly. Enjoy if you try it!!

Every time I visit Crafty Crab, it’s a whole vibe, but tonight? Prince took it to the next level! His service is beyond amazing—he’s got that “I gotcha” spirit that makes you feel taken care of from the moment you sit down.
As soon as I walked in, I was hoping he’d be working, and when I saw him, I was too excited! I even told myself, “If he’s not our server, I’m definitely asking to be in his section.” That’s how good he is! He’s attentive, upbeat, professional, and truly brings positive energy to the table (literally and figuratively).
The Crafty Special was 🔥 as always, but Prince is what made the experience memorable. Give that man his flowers—and maybe a raise too! 💐😉

I called to place a to go order but was put on hold for 6 minutes and when I walked in the door everybody was talking in a group about weed. My food came out and the Dungeness crab was very small. The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my money back and left. I order good from here all the time and never had an issue. Will not be returning.

I thought I was in the club vs a restaurant. Definitely not a family friendly experience. Amazing food, slow and bad service and not only was the music loud AF it was explicit and not kid friendly. If you're getting a to go order it's great or if ya pregaming for the club ya good. Family dinner.....keep riding.
