Me and my family come here on a regular but our most recent experience will have us staying away. The food was delicious but I couldn’t enjoy it because of how bad our service was. The wait to place orders took way too long , all the while our waitress is up at the front talking and carrying on . Her whole attitude gave nice/nasty.and for her to be our server , we barely seen her throughout our meal. I have come here before and have had wonderful service but our waitress barely did her job . Did the complete bare minimum and wanted to be tipped over a $100….I didn’t even receive all my items for my order. We had an issue with our service and went to dispute , said waitress then loses her cool. no professionalism and tells us that “We are broke “ and couldn’t pay . She also goes to say “ Don’t come back here” and guess what ….✌? Me and family work to hard to be treated like that. If you don’t like your job you know what to do..I don’t think I would recommend this place in the future, the place seems to be declining , you guys are not the only decent seafood in the city and customer service is everything….we’re the oneswho make sure YOU not broke ? It was my FIRST TIME At this location and all I have to say is NEVER AGAIN. IT WAS SO NASTY SITTING AT THE BAR ; TRASH LEFT FROM BEHIND FROM OTHERS; Counter Was DISGUSTING EVEN AFTER ASKING THE WAITRESS TO CLEAN IT. We Had To Ask For Something To Drink & had to ask after patiently waiting can we ORDER FOOD. It was SO BAD TO THE POINT THE WAITERS HAD CIGARETTES RIGHT WHERE YOU COULD SEE THEM AND BLUNTS AS WELL . It’s A PROBLEM WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN SEE THIS AT YOUR WORKPLACE THATS ALREADY HORRIBLE. I’m WILLING TO COME DEEP CLEAN THE PLACE IF YALL REALLY NEED THAT SERVICE FOR A NICE DISCOUNTED PRICE. The FOOD WAS NASTY . We were offered GREAT DRINKS THOUGH AND I STILL TIPPED MY WAITER FOR AT LEAST TRYING TO MAKE US COMFORTABLE after poor service.

Ok so me and a friend purchased oysters, chicken and daiquiris. I had a mango and my friend a strawberry one. We barely saw our waiter and had to go get wait staff for any assistance and there were 10-20 minute waits in between the waitress coming to the table when she did. The place was not busy and the other waiter tended to his tables often. Long story short the customer service was terrible and our daiquiris had NO ALCOHOL in them whatsoever. I’m a light weight I barely drink and I taste alcohol when I drink, no taste no buzz, nothing. I expressed this to the waiter and the cashier because it’s messed up really. After asking three people, no one could tell us what kind of alcohol was in the drink. It made since why they have these signs posted everywhere because I’m sure others have the same complaint. I will share the picture with this review. Do better Crafty Crab!!
3/2/24 Let’s jump in okay so upon arrival I was greeted they had my section ready I had called ahead. The service could have been a LOT BETTER but all is well BECAUSE I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK. Our waitress who I can’t name because she never gave it at least not no me considering I was the hosting party had a…. Let’s call it aggressively nice demeanor…. wasn’t directly rude but it was in the air. Trying to run her tips up running half the restaurant our food was all over the place…We had one child that did not order and one waiting on food while the rest of the kids were half way through their meal. Mind you his mother ordered first. Had to ask for refills 3 different times and still waited to be refilled. On a positive note the food was delicious but the service was disappointing and embarrassing considering I invited people here to celebrate my child’s birthday.The check I had to dispute because another combo was added. It was fixed it the end but being told well it has to be paid is complete and utterly……yeah……I paid the adjusted amount and left as I was to angry and it was my child’s birthday and causing a scene is not what I wanted him to associate this birthday with. In reality they all are associated with each other but I get better service at Juicy Crab and will not EVER come back to this location for my sanity. Horrible experience.

They were having this limited time special for when you order 3lbs of crawfish, you get 1lb for free. My husband ordered 6lbs and gets 2lbs for free and I ordered 3lbs and get 1lb for free but while we’re eating we found a whole lot of potatoes and corns underneath the crawfish. It looks like they gave my husband a whole bag of potatoes and corn in his tray instead of getting more crawfish. Not worth it for $145 in total spent for “9lbs”. Going back to ordering a whole sack (30lbs-40lbs) of live crawfish.

This location serves me and my friend virgin daiquiri’s and lied and said there was alcohol in the beverage. There was not one drop of alcohol in our drinks, they blamed the lack of liquor on the machine not being the best as well as the ice melting LIES!. Server was not attentive at all I went to get her multiple times and still I had to wait 15 plus minutes on her return. Oysters were a bit over cooked. Worst experience at crafty ever! I will not be returning ever.
