We eat at Crazy Sushi about once a month. Service and food has always been awesome. However wait staff has changed. Our server didn’t understand English. I ordered Tempura and got hibachi meal. My husband didn’t get noodles with his hibachi meal - he asked for them but server kept saying no noodles. We kept saying yes noodles. I told server my meal wasn’t right but she couldn’t understand. Just left it on the table. It wasn’t her fault. Whoever hires should know better.

$27 later…. I could have gotten double at Publix for 22$….. used to be Crazy Sushi. I think we should call it Crazy small Sushi or Crazy priced Sushi might be more appropriate and no I’m not an off the street Customer I’ve been buying from the store since at least 2015.Now definitely seen my fair share of ups and downs, but it’s probably been six months since I ordered last time and the proportions. Just get smaller and smaller…Sushi still one of the best in town but if you would just go back to your crazy high prices and regular proportions, I think I would be happier with that rather than cheaper prices and these much smaller proportions

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Japanese restaurant. First of all, the freshness and quality of the ingredients are not high, and the taste of the sashimi is not good. Secondly, the sushi rice is not sticky enough and falls apart easily. And the serving speed was too slow, I had to wait a long time for the food to be served. Finally, the waiter was indifferent and lacked attention to the customer's needs. The quality and service do not match the price and I will not go there again.
I was very pleased with the quality,price and the taste of the sushi that we received. I would definitely go there again and probably even order the same rolls! The server was very friendly, helpful and attentive...my only comment would be that maybe the decor and furnishings needs a little refresh but overall I'm happy and definitely going back soon!

Probably the best sushi place in Jax. Ginger salad was amazing! We had the pink lady, Diablo, Snow White, Josh, and red dragon roll and they were to die for! Definitely our new sushi place!

I got the Shrimp and Scallops hibachi and my husband ordered the Pork Katsu. We also ordered some rolls. Crunch roll, Tuna and RocknRoll. We could barely finish our plates because we were already so full from the rolls. It was all delicious. We also had soup and salad as appetizers.
