My Sister and I go to Cross Creek on 850 Lane Ave, South in Jacksonville FL. We were bless to get Joanne S. as our Server which was Excellent. She was the best server person we had from any restaurant and Cross Creek. She is so very friendly, always makes herself available, pays attention to ever need, never forgets anything, very prompt and even remembers our little special details we like. The last time we ate here it was a special day and the service was not good at all. They are always busy so that is part of the reason. I am going to recommend that you do not get the brisket. or burnt ends. The white fish is delicious though. Highly recommend that. The fried shrimp, friend mushrooms and fried okra are usually pretty good. The baked beans may disappoint you. The macaroni and cheese is a hit or miss.
