Best service, ate outside! Everything was perfect
Had a blast playing Thursday Bingo!!!!
Visited here on 4/5 in a large party of about 20 people the food was mediocre at best and the service was absolutely horrible. They messed up multiple orders , not mention when ordering a non alcoholic drink and then I ordered a shot and was never mentioned about the second one and the waitress rudely said you only ordered one. Then we get our bill it was absolute chaos in there. So we paid $100 in cash and then the rest was paid on a card ($33.00) due to the chaos when my boyfriend signed it we were just trying to get out of there. They charged him the full amount and we didn’t noticed till today after checking his bank account. A call was made to Cross Creek and they advised that’s what was done and they would call back as she had to find out how to fix it. He was never called back , he had to call back himself to then be told there was nothing they could do. So basically the waitress was dishonest, she knew that the $100 i was supposed to be put towards the balance and the remaining amount on the card. Shame shame on her and Cross Creek for being okay with this and not doing anything to correct the mistake. I sure know the owners don’t operate business this way. We will never be eating there again and I will make it know to everyone I know how this waitress did us and how cross creek is okay with running a dishonest business like this. How many other people have they done this too. They could have made it right, but instead the manager said there was nothing they could do. I can tell you that if we weren’t so aggreved and frustrated with the already many mistakes with our food and service we wouldn’t have been in such a hurry to get out of the restaurant and the waitress took full advantage of that. They could have fixed it or when we called those waitresses knew that it wasn’t supposed to be $100 tip! Again shame on this restaurant.
My family and I went there tonight expecting to enjoy a wonderful meal. The seating hostesses were had attitudes when we asked for an outside table. The one hostess slammed our menus and utensils on the table. We waited for 8 minutes for the waitress to come and attend to us but she never came not even to offer a drink. We just decided to leave and go across the street to Applebees on lane Ave
The food was great and the waitress was awesome Great food every time.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Free parking.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant. Was just there and saw a birthday party with balloons.

Good food. I am WFPB. I wish there were the potato, onion, and carrots in with the pot roast offered separately without out the gravy.
Vegetarian options: There are some but I am WFPB. BUT I do wish there were more.

It’s a shame, because the food wasn’t terrible other than the over cooked green beans, and I work at Texas Roadhouse so that’s saying a lot (our green beans are famously over cooked) but our server (Jody?) was completely checked out the moment she even greeted us, which was almost 15 minutes after we even sat. (I know I come from a corporate restaurant where guests are greeted within 45 seconds but 15 minutes is outrageous) we stayed because we were so hungry. We didn’t receive our drinks until another 10 minutes after we ordered them. Didn’t get our appetizers for EASILY up to 25-30 minutes for things that take 7 minutes in the fryer MINIMUM. I’ve worked in food service for 12 years and have never in my life waited that long for an appetizer. Even if it was forgotten, which as a server myself, I know happens sometimes. But it wasn’t even busy this Friday night at 7 pm. Our salads that come with the meal were completely forgotten, and on top of that, my steak came out with a medwell temp stick in it, which from the beginning, i emphasized that both steaks were medium rare, one with mushrooms one with onions (NEITHER steak had either mushrooms or onions) my baked potato that I requested loaded came out with only sour cream and butter, and the replacement was wrong as well. I HATE complaining, ESPECIALLY as a server, but I just couldn’t ignore the fact that we were charged for the full check even after sides didn’t come out at all, or came out completely wrong in general along with my steak that I waited an additional 20 minutes for. Our server had a dismissive and crappy attitude the ENTIRE time, as a server, I treat EVERYONE with respect even if I’m not receiving it back, I was nothing but kind and understanding til a point, I refuse to ever treat my servers badly. But even after we established that our food was wrong and we didn’t even receive certain items, our server JODY? (She didn’t even tell us her name until 40 minutes into the dinner) was the least bit apologetic or empathetic towards us. I’m typically a HUGE tipper because I know how hard it is to serve, but for the first time in my LIFE, I might as well have stiffed her because I left 2 dollars on a $109 check, I’ve never felt so neglected and disrespected at an establishment in my life. The manager on duty who took our salads off the bill, didn’t even have the gall to come over and ask us how our dining experience was, or if there was anything else he could do for us. Which after the salads were taken off, wasn’t MUCH, but the least he could offer was an ear so I didn’t have to write this absolute BOOK, of a review. Quite literally the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had in my life, only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the food tasted decent. Should’ve just went to Texas Roadhouse and gotten an employee discount, with 10 times the amount of hospitality a server should give.
Smelled moldy inside, the exterior looks run down. And it was dead on a Saturday at 5 pm. Maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. Looking like it will be closing soon.

Fried green tomatoes were mush in the middle, food is way over priced, steak is definitely not worth the money 30.00 for a horrible tasting steak. Bbq sampler is 29.00 the only think edible on there was the ribs. The bbq sauce is trash, salad was brown. Very disappointing at least my dogs will be happy. Garbage on the floor seats were not clean. Never again
Server was on her phone instead of doing her job

Typical pleseant evening at C.C. I love how the bar is open and a great place to celebrate sports with strangers. While the other end of the restaurant has large private booths with a "dim" lighting that has a perfect atmosphere for a date.
