Every week the flavors change and there is not one that tastes bad. It's a shame that with cookies being so expensive, the staff doesn't make the sale a unique experience. Both the brand identity and the taste of the cookies seem phenomenal to me, but as for the rest, they could improve a lot.
First time picking up from this Crumbl and I am disappointed! Some of the cookies did not look like the advertised cookie. They were very bland and all kind of tasted the same. It may have just been a bad week for flavors. I got the kentucky butter cake, sticky bun, vanilla milkshake, red velvet and chocolate chip. Again, all pretty much tasted the same, just sweet and buttery. The sticky bun was my favorite but only due to the caramel sauce on top, which wasn't done...
Ate at the “rooftop” bar. Bartender (Kevin) was awesome. Very knowledgeable about whiskey cocktails. I had the shrimp and grits, where they turned the grits into a grit cake…and sprinkled feta which added a different tang to the classic taste.
