Customer service is honestly a step above Chick-fil-A. Burgers are great, chicken sandwiches and tenders have great flavor. This is my 3rd time eating here and Everytime it's a great experience! Glad to see Culvers in Jacksonville FL!

Flew down from Boston looking for a place to eat. Ordered our meal at the drive through. Drove to our accomidations for the night. Sat down to eat only to find one mwal was missing . Called the resterant to ask for a refund or for someone to deliver the missing meal. They would not accomidate us. Dont think ill be going there in the future terrible experience.

Ordered 3 sandwiches only got 2. Asked manager for credit over phone and he said i had to return to restaraunt for him to only credit the 1 sandwich. You would think under the circumstances he would reimburse more for troubles but no. Manager was useless and I ended up eating the cost of the sandwich instead of the sandwich... terrible customer service. Never going there again.
Didn’t get our order right and refused to give us a refund without us driving all the way back. Barely even apologized. Really disappointed with the service and my first experience at Culver’s. Won’t be back.

This was probably the best experience that I have had at a fast food/ dine in restaurant in quite a while. The burger was perfectly prepared and the french fries were fantastic and crispy. I would say the only thing I was a tiny bit dissatisfied with was the cheese curds bit that is probably because I didn't eat them quick enough as the A/C was keeping it nice and cool in the restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Overall it was a great experience. I dont post many five star reviews but this one was understated I would have given it a 10/10

I appreciate they value local communities. I enjoy a late night burger.
The key is their root beer. Besides that I do not know how they pull off the burger and fries. The cheese sauce is a guilty pleasure. Culver’s is always nice. Their kids bag has the funnest tokens.
I am thankful for Wisconsin cheddar. I wish for a large fry with a Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce and a photo. 🫚 🍺 🥔 🧀
