Went through the drive-thru. Ordered, and was told to follow the car in front of me. I did, but the car kept going and I was confused as to where I should have stopped. Not familiar with there way of doing things. Staff was very nice and the single w/o cheese and fries was very good, and hot too. Burger tasted like it was first class quality and cooked perfectly. I'll be back

Just left this location. The cashier, Catherine, was very helpful and amazing. Her warm personality, amazing smile, and knowledge of the menu and patience in helping me decide on my order reflects very positively on the company. Catherine is an amazing brand ambassador. Five stars ..... wish I could rate seven stars!

I was in the drive-through for an extended period, and I observed the sunrise while waiting for a single milkshake. I do understand the importance of employment opportunities. But scrubbing the toilet might be more her speed.

Everyone at this location was wonderful especially Johnathan. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the visit was perfect, even before being asked. He checked in multiple times with genuine attitude, making sure everything tasted great and that we had everything we needed. When a small request came up, he handled it immediately and with a smile, showing that he truly cared about the experience. His professionalism, kindness, and extra effort made the service feel personal and exceptional.

As someone who's been around for a while and has had the pleasure of visiting many restaurants over the years, I’ve never felt the need to write a review like this. But after my visit to this particular Culver's, I feel it’s necessary to share what I witnessed. It was truly disheartening and upsetting.
During my visit, I observed something that no guest should ever have to witness—what appeared to be a higher-level manager openly and loudly yelling at a younger manager in front of the entire staff. It wasn’t just a disagreement, it was an embarrassing display of unprofessionalism that left everyone in the room feeling uncomfortable. The younger manager, clearly flustered, was trying their best to handle the situation, but the way they were treated in front of their team was nothing short of degrading.
What really troubled me, however, was the atmosphere of the whole place. It’s clear to me that the leadership at this location, starting with the owners, have no regard for the well-being of their employees. How can anyone expect their workers to perform well when they are treated with such disrespect and public humiliation? This kind of behavior speaks volumes about how the staff is treated behind the scenes as well.
It’s one thing to manage with authority, but to treat people—especially young, hardworking individuals—like that is downright wrong. It’s shameful to think that the owners allow such behavior to take place in their establishment, which, in turn, trickles down to how employees interact with guest. I’ve been a loyal customer to Culver's for many years, but after witnessing this, I can’t help but feel like this is a place that has lost its way.
I sincerely hope the owners take a hard look at how they run their business and treat their staff. If they don’t, they may just find themselves losing many more long-time guest who expect better—not just in food quality, but in the treatment of people. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the workplace atmosphere feels so toxic.
I won’t be returning to this location again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that allows its staff to be treated so poorly.

Our first experience at this location wasn’t particularly impressive. I had the Wisconsin Swiss on rye and it was totally burnt, the pretzel bites were too, and my vanilla malt was the consistency of heavy whipping cream. Gave them a few more tries and their food was significantly better however I’ve now gotten a chocolate shake, strawberry shake, and vanilla malt and all three have had the consistency of heavy whipping cream. I personally do not like melted icecream. Culver’s has the best fast food icecream but this location can’t seem to get it right. Usually I get a spoon with my shakes when I go to the Culver’s in Yulee but the shakes here are sooo runny that there’s no reason to even offer one.

I am so thankful that they finally put a Culver’s in river city. We needed this!! The food is fresh, tasty and the customer service is on point!!! There might be a little wait because of course everyone wants to eat there but hey if you’re patient it will be rewarded with excellent food. I have been eating here often ever since they came to river city and I am not ashamed to say it. THANK YOU CULVERS!!!
