Restaurant wasn't busy but really slow. Don't have a culvers near me, so we went but the food was very dry and honestly never had that issue with culvers before. Thank God for the soda because it was hard to swallow. It had a great taste just very dry

Kam, the store manager is the best hire ever. I went to this store after my wife finished her cancer treatments, Kam made her chili personally and remembered her on my next visit!! Asked how she was feeling The food was perfect but the attention and personal care shown will never be forgotten.

Hello visited this location twice in the last few weeks and both experiences were horrible. The wait time is ridiculous we legit waited 30 plus minutes and the orders were always wrong such as not containing all our items etc. The visit on 1-29-2026 was horrible my chocolate mint shake tasted horrible the burger we ordered was dry barely had any cheese on it for it to be a mushroom n Swiss. No marinara sauce or condiment offered for my cheese curds. My chili supreme I guess wasn't made correctly the first time because this time I had onions in it which was horrible. We won’t be back and this is so disappointing because this is the only Culver’s near us.

This location is pitiful. My wife and I really like Culvers so we don't mind the drive to the location across from Costco. Not sure what the problem is here but management is lacking and the service is a joke. We were number 6 and waited over 20 minutes to get our food which was short a sandwich. Went back inside and counted 13 employees behind the counter not including kitchen staff, runners and management. Many of them were arguing with each other but none of them had a clue what they were doing. Way too many employees for the amount of business. Not worth the effort to visit again to get lukewarm food. We'll try Middleburg.

Slowest service of any culvers i been too. Should have waited till I got to the one on hwy 210. I would have gotten my food in a fraction of the time and the table would have been clean. Go to any other location in jacksonville and would get 5 stars won't come back to this one.

Picked up three orders to go Window ask for ketchup, ranch dressing gave me one package of each. french fries weren’t cooked long enough grilled sandwich was very greasy. Sourdough mash sandwich greasy. I didn’t realize any of this till we got back to the hotel for a room
Jackson took my order at drive thru. He was so polite, easy to talk to and just the best customer experience I have had yet. You did a great job in hiring him! Amazing job Jackson, thank you again

When the Door dashers can park by the front door but the dining in customers have to walk from the end of the lot, that’s not good customer service. I will NOT return to this location.

It's obviously not gourmet, but for a smash burger it was real good. Everything was hot. Fries crisp. The burger makings was good and fresh. I was absolutely satisfied for the price. I love the fact the cheese curds get liquid cheese as a dipper. I'll definitely go back and try something else just to get the fullest of the menu. Great service and great atmosphere.
