If I could review 0 stars I would. I had 2 doordash orders to deliver and the employees are so unprofessional to be specific, Sonyia. She made disgusting faces and had a horrible attitude towards everyone. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING DOORDASH OR UBER ORDERS!

The tenders are great. The rest is ok. THE prices are high. THE WAIT TIME at this very moment, 8:45pm on a Tues, is ridiculous. I placed my order around 8:12. They are short staffed. The employees were not as chipper as they usually are and this explains why. Owners, help these people.

Good food and very good prices. 2nd time here and what a difference. It took the server 5 or 6 trips to get our order complete. The grilled chicken sandwich was terrible. May have to rethink returning.

If I could have given a 0 I would. Every time I visit this location the service is horrible. The orders are never correct. I ordered 1 meal for my son who loves this place. My meal never made it to the kitchen and we were outside for 30 min waiting. I had to call inside. The manager acted like he didn’t care at all. I had to ask for his name. The young lady who answers the phone was great and took accountability for something she didn’t do. Please invest in your customer experience.

The drive through was fast to place my order but it did take a few minutes. I had to pull up and wait 5 minutes for my curder burger. The burger was dry and the curd patty was thin and over cooked. Toppings space. I expected way better for $10.

My first visit to Culver's, and I went through the drive through, so I'm not sure about the atmosphere.The food was hot and delicious?The service is lacking.I realized that they're making all of the orders fresh , but it took an incredibly long time to get our food. We had to wait just outside the drive through for approximately fifteen minutes. All in all the food was great.So I will probably try again.
