Ive only had their actual food once, it was good but I’m not much of a fast food person to keep going back for it. I did love how you could get cheese curds as a side though. 👌🏼
However, I do still go back and get the strawberry cheesecake concrete mixer when I’m craving some ice cream. Those concrete mixers are unbeatable. 🔥

viki was incredibly rude she refused to take our order upon arrival and was continuously yelling and berating the rest of the staff i have a problem chewing with oral condition which requires me to chew slowly and throughly so i had try to take my time to eat carefully so i dont choke and she came to our table and demanded that we leave within the next 10 minutes or she was going to kick us out normally i would understand however her attitude was so threating that i wont be coming back here

I really love their peanut butter cup like a blizzard ( I forgot what they called it) and their onion rings were great. But I wasn't that impressed with their butter burger. Maybe because I have been told how good it was that I psyched myself out. I don't know but I wasn't impressed.

Food was great like usual, but what stood out to me was the service at this location in particular. Every employee was so sweet and helpful! It was a delight dining in here.
Definitely not FAST food. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru and went inside to be offered a coupon. You need to train staff to handle long wait situations better. I never received a receipt or I would have did a survey to help you understand how impatient I was waiting with two screaming kids for 30 mins.

When I went they had someone sitting outside by the intercom to take my order and pay. This is really nice, simple, and quick. I would love to see more of this.

Food was was delayed when I ordered it through DoorDash when I got my food it was cold. The shakes were melted. my Dasher informed me that the shakes were already made prior to them getting there to pick up my order which the order was not ready
