I’ve eaten here several times and always had a great experience, today I ordered a chicken sandwich and my wife ordered one too. Hers had beautiful strips of bacon ( 2 ) 2 pieces and mine had barely one broken into little pieces. This might seem petty but when I asked at the counter if I could please have another piece the manager insisted I return the sandwich for inspection. Still I returned to the table retrieved the sandwich and returned then she requested my receipt. Again returned to the table and returned with the receipt and after some inspection very rudely tossed be a slice of bacon with not a single word only a look that made me feel like she thought I was a theif. This was Friday 1:00 pm 12/12. Very uncomfortable never had this kind of experience here. I work as a Publix manager and understand the importance of good customer service. This was NOT it.

Food is good, especially their custard however, they charge for almost every little thing now. BBQ and other sauce cups are an additional fee. Before you know it, we'll be paying for napkins. Very disappointing.

Probably one of the first times I've been served a meal that looks exactly like the picture on the website and menu. Fast, friendly and good food. We both had fish, both the cod and the walleye were very good. The Reuben and mushroom Swiss burger are going to be the next try.

I received my order via delivery. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. Especially for the money I spent. My family and I will not be ordering food from Culver's anytime soon. Again the quality of the food was absolutely disgusting.
