This place was awesome! Hands down, the best wings. Matt was our server and he was amazing! Worth the visit. I’ll definitely go again if I’m in the area

I placed a breakfast order even though the tone of the person taking my order sounded rude..after 15 minutes I go over to pick up my order...there are 4 or 5 people walking in about the same time...they are all greeted with respect and greeted politely. Then he looks at me and loudly asked.. what you want girl ..this is not the 1800 where blacks are disrespected just for being black...

Our party of 6 visited this establishment at 4:00 in the afternoon. There were two other customers there when we arrived. The bartender said we could seat ourselves but had to come to the bar to order. I stood at the bar for several minutes waiting to order drinks while she pretended to be busy. I was finally able to order appetizers for the table and drinks (those who chose sodas had to fix their own from the machine and get their own refills). Once the apps came out I went back to the bar to order dinner. I stood there for probably 8 minutes until an employee from the kitchen came out and asked if anyone was helping me. He took my order for the entire table and was pleasant. The entrees came to the table one at a time and despite the fact that there were two orders of wings for our table (which take the longest to cook) they came out first and the one club sandwich didn’t come out until everyone else was almost done eating. As we were preparing to leave we noticed a big white board behind the bar titled “Shi**y Tippers” dated the two previous days with three individual’s names, their bill total and tip amount. Maybe I’m crazy but I think to have 3 crappy tips in two days speaks more to the service or lack thereof than to individuals on the board! So we’ve resorted to public shaming now? I’ve been in the restaurant business for many years and this is by far one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. The food was good but because of the service we’ll never be back.

My friends and I eat at this place all the time. Great local bar downtown! They have pool tables, flat screens and a jukebox. We usually get the wings. The drinks are good and inexpensive and bartenders/ staff are awesome as well! Always welcoming.

Decided to try this place before a show one night downtown. When we arrived there were a few people there, but they weren’t busy. We ordered our food right away and found a table. Not long after, they started to get busy. As time went on, I see food coming out of the kitchen to other tables. Several that ordered after we did. Finally I ask about the status of our food and the girl checks on it then tells me “well the cook just yelled at me, but it should be another 5-10 minutes”… like okay it’s already been about 40 minutes for a burger and a Philly cheesesteak, but we wait. 20 minutes later, I go to ask again and hear another lady taking a To Go order. She tells the guy his order will only take about 20 minutes to make while I’ve been waiting over an hour. Finally the food arrives and we have no time to eat so we ask for it to be boxed up. When we get it to our car a few minutes later, we have no condiments and the food is so over cooked it’s inedible. I called the next day to speak with a manager. After telling her my experience, I don’t get a single apology but she does agree to give me a refund “if she can find my order”, and says she’ll text me once it’s done. Never received a text but will definitely but making sure a refund goes through. As someone who works in hospitality, I try to be extra patient and nice to other hospitality workers because I know how tough it can be at times, but this was just ridiculous and didn’t seem one bit like they care about their customers.
