Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered the banana split after BOGO from WD my first time there. The guy was handling food no gloves and no one had hair nets. I literally drove 5 mins both Banana splits were completely soupy.

Just wanted to give props to the 2 guys working December 28 2024 around 7:30pm.
Didn’t catch their names, but the Blizzard was properly mixed for once, their uniforms were clean, they were polite and made eye contact. I appreciate them acting like people in a world where the service industry is anything but about service. Kudos fellas.

The burger had ketchup and mustard and I specifically ordered NO ketchup and NO mustard add light mayo. The buns were soaked in condiments and I mean literally wet and mush dripping with condiments. I was very disappointed.

The people are always very nice but they seem to always be out of something. I have came up here three times in the last 3 weeks all at different times of the day and they are always out of the gravy sauce. And now out of malt as well. They need to get it together on there ordering if they are always out of something!

The food was okay, fries aren't fresh but over all not bad. They always forget something, especially if it's a side of something so be sure to check your order.

Toya is so professional and has great customer service. She shows a lot of dedication to DQ located on Cesery. The store is clean for it to be in this particular area with a lot of drug addicted people. I never see lingering folks outside of DQ. The parking lot be clean. And she handles her customers with respect no matter their appearance and she is upfront never misleading about what is not in stock even if that'll turn a customer away. I love the integrity she has. When the ice machine was down she was upfront about not having any, I just came in today heard that there is a whole new ice machine. Thank goodness. I love eating ice this place is convenient for me to eat at & I think Toya may deserve a higher pay or vacation paid or something to show DQ appreciates her hard work n dedication. I believe that's her personality not just a duty she prides herself on doing as a job to keep money. THANKS TOYA, such a sweet spirit

I already contacted corporate about the situation. To sum it up, I ordered 2 large oreo brownie blast blizzards on the mobile app. One of them I added cheese cake and Carmel sauce. The other one, I added peanut butter cups. I got to the restaurant and was told nothing was made because they were out of cheese cake and peanut butter cups. I subbed the cheese cake for the butter finger and the peanut butter cups for more brownies. Not only was there no lids. But when I got home there was no brownie in either blizzard. And the extra brownie I asked for was subbed out for reeses pieces. I really wish I could find a DQ that's good anymore. As expected, corporate pushed me along, gave me a pat on the back, and have a good night email. The only reason I rate DQ 3 stars is because it's really one of my childhood favorites. Its just disappointing how bad they have gotten.

Don't waste your time going here TERRIBLE SERVICE waited in line 15mins only for them to say they have no ice cream. Staff outside talking instead of taking orders. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The store manager Toya really made my pregnant wife happy with her urge for ice cream, Toya went above and beyond to make sure my wife’s custom order was perfect and filling, The energy with her smile and her courteous attitude will always make us wanna come to our neighborhood Dairy Queen, Her staff also showed world class customer service and made sure we liked our order, Thank you Toya and the staff at Dairy Queen for making another experience a great one .
