I always gets some sort of blizzard or cone and large French fries. Fries are always hot, need a little salt but good. Blizzards have plenty mix ins. The staff is JUST there to work. Not there to be friendly and seem a little annoyed you arrived but they do there job and that can’t be disputed. The drive through and parking need some asphalt laid or hole fillers bc 2x I’ve hit my bumper just slow rolling to drive through. It’s in an area where businesses stop caring about cleanliness so it’s not cheerful or bright and looks like the whole area need to be washed and renewed but it still offers the expected menu items of ice cream, burgers, chicken, fries etc and I don’t spend more than $10 a person. If it’s a matter of easy access I would recommend bc it’s only a mile away but otherwise I would drive further for a better experience.Parking: Need a clean and repair or hole fillers if you not driving a hoopty

I went to the drive through. I asked for two medium blizzards. One pineapple and one strawberry. The girl said she could do that as a milkshake, I answered that I wanted blizzards. When I was served at the window she handed me two blizzards, both had strawberries and pineapples. I said again I wanted one strawberry and one pineapple. Next, I was served two strawberry blizzards with a container of pineapple on the side! Next, I was served an ice-cream with a few strawberries in it and another ice-cream with large chunks of pineapple in it. I took them and came home. Not sure what to think of it all.

Ladies at the window were rude, and forgot a few items. When one came to the window looked at me like "why are you still here" I tell them they forgot a drink and a sundae and with an attitude said "what kind" then rolled her eyes. This DQ is normally on point in all areas.

Went to Merrill RD location one on University was closed when I received my ice cream I remembered why I stopped going to Merrill location the amount sucks and the ice cream is melting soft have a photo to show what I received it's sad looking ice cream then 5.00 for extra strawberrys unhappy customer will share on my Facebook..Tresa Stewart

I love Dairy Queen ice cream, but the last 3 times we went to the store, the service was very slow to answer the intercom. We had to wait until we got to the window to place our order. Management needs to fix the service before people stop coming.

Ordered a small blizzard. This place is literally 5 minutes from work. There’s no reason it should’ve been this melted by the time I returned to work. I should’ve known something was up when I didn’t get my flip of the cup blizzard show. The toast was thick, burnt, and tasteless. Lastly my fries were old! Dairy Queen used to be my safe choice.

The blizzards rock! My favorite is the Blizzard with cookie dough in it. Occasionally, I will get a sundae, or just a vanilla cone dipped in Chocolate. If I get a banana split, I only eat a 1/5 of it at a time. It freezes well. The food-not so much. Pros:drive though Cons:they don't have diy bars or ice cream cakes made on the premises any longer. You have to order early and in advance and they make it at the Main Street location and bring it in. They never seem to have enough help.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The girl taking the order wouldnt even talk to let us know she had taken down the items we were ordering. And the blizzards were Watery! Thats the worst part . I want the upside down thick soft serve Dairy Queen is known for! I worked for Dairy queen as a teen and this attitude and quality wouldve been unnaceptable. I get it if maybe you lack customer service skills but at least care about the quality your serving bc that speaks of the brand. You should care . Ice cream is here to make people happy not dissapoint.

Nice staff. Did not have milk for milkshakes . I was a little upset at the time bc it took atleast 25 mins to order at window since the speaker was broken then couldn't get what I came there for. Snit happens .. weeze good
