I ordered Doordash, a simple Double cheese burger... the description says Cheese, ketchup, pickles and mustard. Why the heck was there mayonnaise on my sandwich... I didnt ask for mayo... why would you put mayonnaise on a burger that doesn't normally come with mayo. Not everyone wants that stuff on thier burgers. Im hungry and now im upset. How hard was it to make a burger with the standard set by the recipe? This makes no sense.

I pulled up to the drive-through at 9:30 PM on Saturday night. No one answered for minutes. And suddenly they just shut off all the lights and completely ignored me. Their published hours say they are open. They clearly had no interest in working anymore. Never heard a word from anyone.

THE ICE CREAM HAS THE BEST QUALITY OF ALL THE DQ's but the Store *NEED AN UPGRADE* is way too old and abandoned..NEED A DEEP CLEANING CREW URGENTLY.

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard. It came barely blended at all, and there were a few Reeses mixed in as well. Also a hole in the cup I didnt notice till it started melting. Place was dirty, and while the staff was polite, that didnt help in the end.

I come here consistently and it is absolutely the best DQ around. The building is old, but that’s part of the charm. The ice cream is always on point. I usually get a Blizzard, and they don’t disappoint on the toppings. The staff is always polite and speak to you with a smile. If you’re looking for some DQ, this is the spot!

I will share a complaint about this.
When me, My son and my dad’s mother were heading to dq. We wanted Hot food, but then out of nowhere the employee said that kitchen was closed. When searched, it didn’t say that the Kitchen was closed. All it said was: Closes at 10 PM. At 9:22 they turned off everything. THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 10 PM!! We left without any food. We were disappointed then decided to write you a complaint to improve yourself AND SHOW KICHEN CLOSE TIME!!
I wish to sit inside and eat with other people. I enjoy sharing among three people their multi-flavored banana split after I eat the chili cheese dog and small fry with little ketchup.
They make a yummy peanut butter parfait, good dilly bar, and decent vanilla ice cream cone dipped in hard chocolate. They inspire me through their snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. 🍦 🌭 🍟

Bad! Was in drive-thru at 9:05. While looking at menu board they shut the lights off. I got to the window and asked why? He said they were closing. I said your closing time is posted as 10. We close due to not enough customers. This chain location needs help. I won't be back.
