The food was great as well as the service. Although the price for a small blizzard is ridiculous. The small blizzard price there is the price of a large blizzard elsewhere. I guess I won’t be buying any more blizzards from there. I would have to go to the other Dairy Queen locations.

I don't know how they do it, but this location consistently delivers our food and ice cream much quicker than any location I've been in the last 10 years. I think it's because it is a family run operation, and doesn't bother trying to deal with entitled teenagers. A+

Dairy Queen located at 5812 University Blvd W, Jacksonville, FL 32216 is a long standing DQ (since 1968!!!) that still has their Flame Broiled Grill!!! The very best fast food Burgers are here! Very, very rare for a DQ to still have those grills but they do make a big, of difference in the burger’s taste. Service was fast and friendly :)

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid I really enjoyed it because it's the neighborhood that I grew up in but I've noticed lately that the blizzards are so melted and soft not like the ones I used to get growing up I don't know if it's a problem with the machine or what but I would really like to see something done about this because it is an issue. I literally have to put them in the freezer and wait for hours to be able to eat them

When I first pulled up there were a lot of cars and I thought oh my goodness this is going to take a while but they were very quick and I was out in no time. My parfait was fixed exactly like I asked with extra nuts and they are such nice people there!
