Last few times I have went here, I have had problems. On my last visit, I was told my gift card did not have any funds on it but upon checking it when I got home I found it was fully loaded. Such poor service!

Literally the worst fast food place and worst employees. Kids running the store. Ordered two ice creams and a meal and an additional regular fry. I get my ice creams and am asked to pull around to wait for food. Takes 15 min. Then they give me food and forget the additional fry. I tell him and closes the window.. So I’m waiting. I believe they were trying to mess with me because it took additional 20 min and I wanted to get a refund but no one would walk by the window to even try. I finally am able to wave someone down and they suddenly grab a bag of fries that have been SITTING there and hand it to me like it’s been just sitting there a while. and they purposely weren’t giving it to me. I ask what took so long and the kid laughs and says “I couldn’t even tell you” by this time my ice creams are completely melted. Absolute BS. Will never go back.

Shake was runny and tasted nasty had to throw it away, it cost 4.00. She said it would cost extra to get it thicker omg really.all shakes are always thick.

Can't rate something I didn't get. Drive thru was backed up so I parked and went to the walk up window, a man was in front of me. About 6 or 7 minutes later a man came to the window and said you got out of the drive thru line, but it is going to be a while because there are only 2 of us here. Shut the window and left. So did the man and I. Not being disrespected and still spend money.
