Dairy Queen is absolutely amazing! Their ice cream is the best treat ever, especially the Blizzard—so many tasty flavors! The burgers and fries are delicious, too, and always fresh. The staff is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. I love going there with friends and family for a fun outing. It's the perfect place for a yummy meal and dessert. Five stars all the way!

Go to Dreamettes or Wendy's!!!!! Or even Winn Dixie. The topping on a so called!!! Royal banana split treat. Is less than the amount you would give a 4 month old baby. 4 tiny pieces of strawberry no syrup. And 4 tiny pineapple. Again no syrup. Chocolate i drizzle!!! It was more whipped cream than ice cream. And the manger act as though nothing could be done. It’s sad, they don’t satisfy the customer. In other words i have your money you get what we portion out. Less than the average amount!!!

I normally have decent food from the dairy Queen on North main Street in Jacksonville Florida,but tonight was awful. The french fries tasted like they've been sitting out all day long, they were stale and terrible barely warm.😞

My cashier Kyra was extremely nice, made recommendations after I told her I threw my coupons away, and listened well. My food was fresh and good. Although the managers seemed overworked, they were nice as well. Thank you for listening.

I just got my wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago and I wanted something sweet tonight. I ordered a NewYork Style Cheesecake blizzard and. Chocolate brownie blizzard. When I get to the window, I’m handed 2 peanut butter, chocolate, and caramel blizzards with an ice cream cone with sprinkles. Since i had teeth removed, im very limited to the things I can eat which is why I wanted cold soft food in the first place. I understand it was late at night but I was the only one in the drive thru. Once everything was handed to me, the man in the window immediately shut the door and wouldn’t open it again. There was still 15 more minutes before the store closed and he was already counting the drawer. What if I was allergic to something?

Went to this store today as I do often. I order two large snicker blizzards. One with extra snickers and one regular. When I received my order I had on snicker and one strawberry. I informed the young lady that the strawberry wasn’t mine. She gave me the snicker and took the strawberry back but didn’t turn either of the blizzards upside down. Dairy Queen has a policy for their Blizzards. If they don’t turn them upside down you get a free blizzard. I received my first Blizzard and the young lady didn’t turn it upside down. When I asked the second young lady about their policy she said let me ask. The manager tells her only one has to be turned upside down. That’s crazy to me. I order two as usually and they both are always turned upside down. I will not be back to purchase anything if you can’t follow your rules. I have spent a lot of money over the years with DQ. This was one of my favorite spots as a child and I wanted my children and grand children to share that experience but today was our last visit. Loyalty goes both ways.

BEWARE....ITS apparent by the bad reviews and that stars that owners don't care about fixing the problem but my here goes...went in because drive thru was backed up bad idea . Ordered my food and waited 25 minutes for two BURGERS. And a fry just for the girl to ask me if I had received my order and her explanation was that the guy making my food only prepared the fries. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for my burgers to just be slapped together on a bun and the wrong burger and cold fries. Asked for my money bAck to only get the manager who just come from outside smoking a cigarette to give me attitude and not even try to make it right., never returning. Dairy Queen aren't the same they are being franchised by foreigners who cut cost at the customers expense and just hire any and everything to run their businesses. Wake up America!! I review on Yelp as well.
