Just think there pricing is getting crazy

After a long day of work I decided to order DQ. I hadn't eaten there in a while and know that I love the Tenders and Gravy. I was so disappointed with the quality. The meal I received looked like both the chicken tenders and the fries had been sitting for hours and someone just threw them in a box at the end of a long shift and the bread was stale. It's unfortunate, that maybe a restaurant like this looks at a customer and probably doesn't care if they get return business. I am not sure when places like this forgot that the quality of their product is what brings the customer back and they should take some pride in what they produce. I just threw out the meal and went to get something else to eat. I was not looking forward to stepping out this evening which is why I ordered my food. If you hope to get more people to visit or order from your place you should take more pride in your product. I will not be a repeat customer.

This drive thru ALWAYS takes 10+ minutes. If this weren’t the only DQ near my house, I’d never come back. The dining room will be empty and there’s 18 cars in the drive thru sitting for 5 business days for a Blizzard. So frustrating. Management needs to figure it out.

Took forever to make food didn’t give us a receipt and they didn’t make our ice cream and everyone was crowded at the front of it the employees aren’t the problem it’s the corporate managers need to be more professional

During our visit, there were 5–6 young employees working at the front. My husband and I were the only customers inside at the time, aside from drive-thru orders. One employee glanced at us while on his phone, then walked to the back. Another seemed unsure where he should be and didn’t initially take our order. None of the employees acknowledged us until that same individual eventually came to the register and took our simple ice cream order in a rushed manner—without a “thank you.” My husband had to pick up our order directly from the cook’s window, and my sundae was given to me without even a spoon. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dairy Queen, and it appeared there was no experienced management present to guide the staff.

18 dollars for a dairy queen flame thrower and a large fry and large drink is just way to expensive. Sad to think I won't eat again at a place I have came to since I was 2 and I'm now 43.

First they tried to charge me with a drink substituting a small Mike shake($15 plus change). When you order them separately it’s $13 and change. I ordered the chicken strip basket when I got home I had no dipping sauce. Check your order. Check your order please. Will not go back.

Took 15 minutes to get two dipped ice cream cones . The first one was already melting and had fingerprints of chocolate down the side of the cone. We sent it back and they remade it. They were very polite and nice. They could be a little faster and definitely not send out a cone that looks like that first one. Customer service was on point though.

I was at DQ drive thru just about 15 minutes ago and between the man that took my order/payment etc and the person that prepared my order they did an excellent job. Customer service was on point and food was fresh. Only gave 4 Stars because I didn't get the extra side of gravy . Good customer almost doesn't exist anymore so thank you
