My wife is Syrian and new To the United States. She was feeling homesick and wanted some authentic Syrian food specifically Shawarma. We called them to place an order for a delivery and we live 25 miles away and outside of their delivery area. Uncle Husam personally, delivered our order after closing time. To accommodate her and make her feel comfortable and have a taste of home when she is far from home. I will recommend them for Arabic food, both on quality, hospitality, service, and price. I am a small business owner. This is exactly what we need in this country. They get 100 out of 10 If you ask me.

Food, top notch! Prolly one of the best middle eastern shawarmas I’ve ever had. It tasted so good! Very authentic in flavor. I got the mix shawarma. Their service can although be improved. I asked to taste each of the meats and was told I should get the mix shawarma. The ambience of the restaurant can be improved a lot to attract more customers. Unfortunately, the taste of the food doesn’t reflect on the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service provided.
I hate to give bad reviews but I hope this make them taking good care of the place , the cashier was busy with her mobile talking ( which I don’t mind ) but at least she should talk to me , I was asking questions and her answer was to point to me at the menu , and since I enter till they prepare till I left she was talking in the phone , anyway not a big issue , the Arabic shawarma came in a messy plate which I barely can’t find the wrap , they can put them side to side , don’t have to put everything on top of each other , to me the chicken was dry and lack of flavor at all , the place it self need to be more organized and cleaner , honestly I want them to be better if they don’t see this issue it is a problem , sorry guys

Despite the constant scowl on the owner's wife's face and the fact that every time we've been there they're ALWAYS out of something...
The food is Fan-freaking-tastic! We've been here 6 times and the food is super authentic and seasoned wildly different than anything I've found in Jacksonville. Despite the negatives, we keep coming back for more.
Edit - Still come here and the 1st thing I still have to ask is, 'what do you have?' because they are always out of something, even when they opened up 15 min ago. We're not talking about something unusual. Today I'm talking about rice and also their kabobs. Also, literally 1 guy in early 20s working the whole restaurant. Its getting old

Ordered shawarma sandwiches by phone and they said they’ll be ready in 20min and when I went there, they said I ordered meals! I said no I only want sandwiches so they asked me to wait for about 20min more only so they can prepare me the sandwiches!!!
At the end the beef shawarma tasted nothing like (beef shawarma)

Food is really good. However in this last month they were always closed and there times does not match google maps working hours. I tried to call before I get to the restaurant but unfortunately they didn’t answer. So I decided to drive towards the restaurant because google maps says they are open but unfortunately the place was closed. Please update your times. Every time I drive for 30 minutes just to get to your restaurant but I find it closed thats really annoying.
