Dave & Buster's Jacksonville

The steak dinner was cooked perfectly & our server was great! There were 3 employees standing at the hostess stand with no customers in line, but it still took a minute to get greeted. They did allow us to take our table a few minutes earlier then our reservation so that was great. Overall, we had a really good time.

I celebrated my daughter's birthday here 4/5/25. We've been to this location a hundred times. Always had a pleasant experience. However, this last visit was top notch. Our bartender, the hostesses, several, and the general manager really went above and beyond. I lost my note with their names but, I can't thank you all enough. My daughter's friends card was stolen and at first the person didn't want to give it back..I think once they realized we weren't going to let it go, they did the right thing but by then the general manager was already in place to save the day. I had a reservation and there was a bit of a mix up but I'm super easy going and as long as we had somewhere to sit we will make it work. Our host was so sweet and server was a good time. The bartender was the best too!!! Thank you for being a place we will consistently come and celebrate.

The reservation and the hostess were not organized at all. Why do you reserve tables at a certain time then when you get there you have to wait 30mins. I understand can't tell customers how long to eat. You should have Courtesy to not to give your table to someone else and you paged me my table was ready. Unacceptable. Have the manager up front with hostess. Instead of manager going around asking how's everything. Go help up front with hostess and card charge line was ridiculous.

The service was horrible but they did an automatic gratuity. Trying to get refills was a joke. The cost for a tiny ginger ale was 3.50. The appetizers were the best part, the Rest of the food was horrible and overpriced. The games were fun will just do games and drinks next time.

We made reservations and drove an hour to get there. We arrived on time, only to be told that our reservation was cancelled due to them being busy and it would be a 2 hour wait to get a table. While I understand being busy the reservations shouldve been closed off so the expectation to come and dine wouldnt be there. Highly disappointed.

We had a great time we had about 20 guests for my wife”s bday party. The food, service and environment was awesome! Thanks to our server Stacey for making our event a memorable one due to the awesome service.

Everything was great until they sat my party down to a dirty table after e everything else was great

Our family had a great time with the games, a few went down but whenever they did Dylan the game person always came around to fix them. Micah in the winner circle was also a great help picking out the right prices for our family thank you y’all!

The service here was beyond amazing from the moment you walk and greeted by stephon and helped me purchase my game card. Then out in the games they have great choices for all ages and the gaming tech Dylan helped me and the family whenever a game went down. 5 out of 5!

Zelly the front desk female was very courteous and efficient, very kind and professional with a smile as long as the Nile 😊 Stephon was also very helpful and very personable just not as easy on the eye's. Jk Thanks for being personable and communicative when discussing an issue I had prior. Both are the reason I gave this review, I've been here many times and after dealing with the manager who gave no assistance to correct my issue he was upfront and apologized. Zelly and Stephon are an asset to this establishment. Keep her up there. I own my own affluent business and know what works. 🙏 kind outgoing individuals. The game mechanic Dylan was super helpful and kind also several machines messed up he witnessed it malfuntioned and credited the unit with no hesitation. These people are why I come back. 5 stars to these individuals a reply back would be appreciated to know they were acknowledged. Son said it was his best birthday ever. 💪
