By far the worst event catering I’ve ever had

My brother and his bride hired Davoli’s catering for their wedding; the menu had variety and the food is delicious.

We recently had Davoli cater our luncheon, and it was outstanding. The chicken cordon bleu was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Service was seamless from start to finish, making the whole experience effortless. Many thanks to Jimmy and the team for delivering such an impressive spread!

We were really happy with how it turned out. We served baked ziti, roasted vegetables, chicken piccata, and garlic mashed potatoes. The food was flavorful without being heavy, and the portions were generous. What made it really work, though, was how easy it was to coordinate. Jimmy took the lead on logistics and responded quickly whenever we had a question. He checked in the day before to confirm headcount and delivery timing, which gave us peace of mind. When the team arrived, they quietly handled everything and didn’t need any direction. The entire experience felt organized and calm, which helped set the tone for the evening. There’s something about working with people who just know how to do their jobs that makes all the difference.

Davoli’s Catering handled the food for our wedding and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with how everything turned out. From the moment we reached out, the entire process felt very straightforward and low pressure. The menu planning phase was smooth and flexible. We ended up serving chicken marsala, pasta primavera, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. The food came out exactly how we remembered it from the tasting—flavorful, fresh, and well-seasoned. It wasn’t just the food that impressed us. The service itself was organized and calm. Jimmy was our main contact and helped coordinate everything from timing to layout. He wasn’t overly present or trying to take center stage, but it was obvious he had things under control. He worked with our venue’s staff without needing much from us at all, which was a huge relief. Our guests gave a ton of compliments on the food and the setup. Having someone who made the execution feel so effortless really made a difference.

I recently went to a friend's event where they had Davoli's catering. I got to meet the team behind Davoli's catering and I ran into a good friend of mine named Jimmy. Jimmy was very nice and professional and was very nice to my friends and I. Throughout the whole event, Jimmy and Davoli's catering made sure everyone's experience at the event was amazing from top to bottom and resolved any issues that they ran into during the event!

The food Davoli's Catering served for the event that stuck out to me was the chicken piccata & Caprese Salad.The chicken was buttery and rich while still tasting very light and flavorful with tons of flavor. The Caprese Salad was very vibrant and aromatic that tasted very fresh and left you coming back for more.

I definitely recommend anyone in the future for any catering services to hit up Davoli's Catering Services and tell them you're looking for Jimmy and that Dominick sent you

We had a pretty last minute need for catering for a small office grand opening and Davoli’s totally came through. Everything from the ordering to delivery was efficient. The food was fresh and flavorful. We went with sausage and peppers, ratatouille, and pasta with marinara. It wasn’t overly fancy, just solid food done right. The guy who managed drop off and setup was professional and quick, but also calm, which helped me breathe a little easier during a hectic day. I think his name was Jimmy.

The food was fantastic. Roast beef, baked ziti, and green beans all hit the mark, and the portions were generous. Communication was straightforward leading up to the event, and the person we coordinated with Jimmy was easygoing and got back to us quickly when we had questions

Our team used Davoli’s Catering for a small executive luncheon and were honestly blown away. The food was refined but approachable—roasted vegetables, chicken piccata, and pasta with vodka sauce were all excellent. More than that, the entire process felt organized and low-maintenance. Someone from their team was onsite making sure things stayed tidy and on track—I believe his name was Jimmy. He wasn’t loud or pushy, but you could tell he was keeping everything running in the background. A true pro.

I attended a wedding that was catered by Davoli’s. Such a great experience and would highly recommend them. The staff is great and I would recommend asking for Jim as he makes the process so smooth and easy.
