I came in at 11pm at night on Monday April 22. I stood at podium for 4 minutes and no one came. The woman saw me and never came to sit me. I won't be returning to this Denny's anymore. I'm going across the street to waffle

By far the worst experience i have had at a restaurant. Waited over 45 mins on My order. Just for it to be ice cold. I had the moons over my hammy it was cold n the chat was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. M friend had the lumber jack eggs way over done, sausage want fully cooked the ham had a funny taste. Everything was ice cold. U could tell it say there while the night manager n cooked justed talked. As he's dropping the food n dishes. Mind u they were not busy at all. We asked before we left if everything was in b the he bag. She assured us it was but it wasn't. Very uneatable. not be going back.

The restaurant was empty so we were told to pick wherever we wanted to sit. The waitress was friendly & professional. We placed our order & I asked for Jelly to go with mine. The waitress advised me they were out of Jelly! How does a restaurant run out of a condiment? The manager said they had an over abundance of diners but the waitress stated they’ve been out of jelly for 2 days! I was disappointed but moved forward with ordering the “Moon over my hammy”. When the food arrived the waitress asked if I wanted honey since there was no jelly, no thanks, not the same. The sandwich was cut in half & when I got to the 2nd half I noticed there was no cheese. I called the waitress over, showed her, then asked why/how could this has happened as there was cheese on the first half. She apologized & said she had no idea but would show the cook. She also mentioned that the manager was in his office ordering jelly (won’t help me now lol).I had to use the restroom & with only us (myself & my husband) I was shocked to see how filthy the restroom was. When I came back to the table I started to look at the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant. It was pretty clean as long as you didn’t look up!! All I could think of was dust blowing on food!I asked my husband to take care of the bill & that I would be outside. When he came out he told me she took my meal off the order.We were driving from out of town so when we arrived home my husband called corporate only to be told that because we weren’t points members she couldn’t help us & gave him a number for customer service who also wasn’t helpful!The only reason I rated a 3* is because the waitress was so sweet & kind. If not for her, I’d have rated a 1*.

Update I came today. The waiter was very bad. It does not take the order properly. He leaves immediately without waiting. cold coffee has arrived. I wanted hot coffee. He pours half the coffee. This is the first time I have come across a coffee that is half poured. It was very surprising. I think the person working today was not a waiter. It is not suitable for this job. When he inserted the card into the machine while making the payment, he left immediately. It's a complete comedy ? he leaves immediately after taking the order.The food tasted bad. This place definitely needs some attention. Managers need to take care of this.The waitress said "easy peasy" when we gave our orders, which made us feel like we didn't care. We come to receive attentive service and to eat while feeling special. It would be better to act this way. The coffees were cold. Our preference is for hotter and more elaborate meals.

Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, I forget her name, was so kind and thoughtful. Food was good and served quickly. Nice place to stop on the way to the airport. /

The service was good and the food was delicious. We didn't have to wait to be seated and the food is very affordable. And for AARP members you get an additional 15% off your meal.I ordered the bourbon sizzling chicken and it's delicious. It comes with two healthy portions of chicken, broccoli, squash, cut potatoes, onions, and peppers. It's a lot to eat. My husband and I have ordered one dish with an extra plate and a side order of broccoli and it was still a lot to eat.The mozzarella sticks are also good for the appetizer. We've order them about six times and I've never had any complaints.Side note: If you want a quick bite, the hamburgers and fries are tasty as well; however, if you have to have mayonnaise on your burger, make sure you ask beforehand if they have mayonnaise. They tend to run out often of mayonnaise and ranch.I would recommend this Denny's. Also, if you are traveling via RV or camper, it's a little tight but manageable.

The dining experience was delightful. We visited on a weekend and were pleased to find that it wasn't overly crowded. Our server was exceptionally courteous, and the restaurant had a welcoming ambiance that would be perfect for a family outing.

The place only had one server and she was making the most of it. Fortunately the place was not packed. They were only six or seven tables but still only one server. I must say I was impressed with her.
