Waited a long time for wings and fries and the wings are not done and the fries are overcooked I love this restaurant but this time was a terrible experience

Horrible customer service, went to pick up to go order and the area for pick up was so tight between the bad and window that there was barely any space to pass. As I stood there for a couple minutes was never asked if I neeeded help. I had to walked to the front person to ask if there was anyone to help with to go orders. As im standing waiting for my food after the service people in the area just keep overpowering the area and walk over my toes as im waiting. The waitress not manager never walk over to let any of the customers know that area was for to go orders . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Waited 45 minutes for our to-go order, and only after bringing the food out did they tell us they were out of what we ordered and paid for. They asked about a substitution then, which meant waiting even longer while the rest of our food got cold. Not very accommodating at all.

I came in around 2pm the atmosphere was clean and clear. I wasn’t greeted so I sat myself down at the high table. I observed a couple waters discussing who was going to serve me the elder lady kind of made hand jesters shaking her head and waving in my direction as if she didn’t want to serve us. The bartender ended up coming to wait on us and asked if we were ready to order. I ordered a Long Island iced tea and it was perfect no lie. The place is clean and very nice inside I just got an eery vibe like my business wasn’t wanted here. Same lady just looked in my direction again as she walks past and quickly shifts the direction of her head in the air as if we couldn’t make eye contact Or as if I don’t exist. But hey none of that matters these long islands are swing and It’s Friday. God bless that lady tho I’m really the nicest guy Genuinely on top of running my own business. Wings are on the way Happy Friyayy!!!!

Ordered buffalo wings, fries and cheese curds to go. Entire order took 40 minutes for them to complete when it said 20. Absolutely dry wings, no sauce on them whatsoever. You are a “wing” place. Absolutely will not be going back.

The buffalo shrimp!!!! Omg, seriously just go there! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. The bar atmosphere is awesome, they’ve got trivia nights that make it even more fun, and the food is so good. Plus, the bar staff is amazing. Crystal especially makes the experience even better with her great energy and service. Highly recommend!
