Several months ago, I left a negative review about Dick’s Wings due to some unfortunate experiences with poor customer service. I told the owner at the time that I would never take that comment down because it was the most disappointing service I had ever received. However, after several recent visits, I feel it’s only right to update my feedback and share a very different experience.

Over the past few visits, I’ve had the pleasure of being served by the same young lady each time. Her name is Haylie Sarnowski, and she has completely changed my perception of this location. From the moment I walk in, Haylie greets me warmly, ensures my order is correct, checks in regularly, and always makes me feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched.

Even on the occasions when the restaurant seemed extremely busy and she was clearly overwhelmed, Haylie never let it affect the way she treated any customer. She remained composed, cheerful, and genuinely caring toward everyone. It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who consistently goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude.

Tonight, while dining alone, I had the chance to talk with Haylie more personally. I told her how much I appreciated her consistent effort and kindness, and I asked for her name because I felt strongly about correcting my original review. She truly deserves recognition for the incredible work she does.

If more employees showed the same dedication, work ethic, and grace under pressure that Haylie does, the restaurant industry would be a much better place. I hope your organization appreciates her as much as your loyal customers clearly do—because she absolutely deserves it.

This will be the last time I eat here. I always order takeout and it used to be really good, but lately the quality has gone downhill. I always request all flats with extra sauce and I’m fine paying the upcharge because that’s how I like my wings.

But the last few times, I’ve come home to wings with barely any sauce, and this time I literally got only one flat in the whole order. On top of that, the wings were tiny—about the size of my pinky finger.

The customer service is solid, and the front staff are always polite, but whoever is in the kitchen clearly isn’t reading the order tickets. If you’re going to charge extra for specific requests, the least you can do is make sure the order is right. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.

They have really stepped it up! We've eaten at this Dick's occasionally and it was fine before. You knew what you were getting: a pretty basic wing place. We came tonight and walked in and noticed the new, updated look! Everyone has been extraordinarily friendly, and if anyone (even if they weren't our server) noticed our drinks getting even a little low they stopped to check in. They have stayed with the classics for wings but the rest of the menu got a nice upgrade! We were really in the mood for wings, but I'll be back for one of their new burgers. Great upgrade!

For those of you that may have tried Dick's wings on Atlantic blvd in the past. Please give them another try. They have new owners, and the service and food is amazing now. They have even updated the inside. We stopped going in the past, but recently tried it out again. This place is totally different. Some of the classic menu items and some new recipes. Def try the burgers. Yum.

Visited Dick Wings Atlantic For The First Time Since New Ownership, and Well Worth It !! The Wings Were Fantastic, Hamburgers are big and juicy and the friend shrimp was out of this world. The place has been refurbished, and is clean and modern! Definitely on the weekly rotation now.

Dick’s Wings Atlantic Blvd was a great all-around experience. Came here a few months ago after hearing that new owners had stepped in and loved the food quality and improved service, but the decor was still more of what I would expect from a dive bar. Now, Dick’s has stepped it up. Clean lines, modern look, to accompany the great food and friendly, attentive service. My waitress Ara was fantastic. Friendly, lively and on the ball. Great overall experience. Dick’s is now my go to spot!!!

We hadn't been to this location in a while and we're immediately impressed with the new remodel. The food was great to match. The Cajun Ranch wings were great and the fried shrimp were huge! We will be back.

Terrible customer service the bartender has no sense of urgency or customer courtesy. It’s sad you can leave as many one star reviews. They still won’t make any changes at this establishment. I suggest you stay far away.

I got take out. Be sure to check your order to make sure it's actually what you ordered. They gave me the wrong flavor of wings. It was still pretty good, just wasn't the flavored sauce I ordered!
