Dick's Wings and Grill Argyle

I’ve never seen Dick’s wings look so light, naked and not cooked properly. It was the worst ever.

The buffalo medium sauce and lemon pepper was barely on the wings and it is usually more fried and darker.

I am glad I took a picture when I came here in November (last picture) of what the wings usually look like. I hadn’t been here in years and was trying it out.

I wish I can get my money back or a new order.

There hardly is ever anyone in the front at this location so came in early they had just opened no one at the front as usual ordered to go came back in to add to the order bar tender came up finally after a long time just standing at the front with no one up there....

Met a friend for lunch. We had a lot to catch up on and never felt rushed or like we were staying too long. Our server made us feel welcome and relaxed. Our food was perfect and delicious!

Terrible service, food was bad the only thing i ate was the French fries and those were for my dog. It’s a shame bc i used to love coming here with Winnie. Tonight’s visit will be my last, hope you found my cash rolled up in the beer bottle bc i could not even find someone to pay the bill

Dicks used to be so awesome. But it's changed over the years. It's always a hit or miss and never the same.

It has been a long time since I stepped foot into a Dick's Wings. We used to play trivia at the Collins location ages ago. Sad to say, the times have changed. This location smelled like a bar that hadn't been cleaned in years and every surface was sticky and grimy. I'm talking floors, tables and booths. We braved the conditions and ordered food. The wing sauce was not as tasty as it used to be and everything felt watered down.

Drinks were decent and our waitress was awesome. She knew she worked in a rough place and leaned into it. Karaoke was fun at least!

We ordered two 10-wing orders with two different flavors. We received 3 flats out of 20 wings! The excuse I received was insufficient justification. If they knowingly sell more flats, they should keep more in stock. Additionally, a few the carrot slices were mushy and rotten on one end. The flavor of the garlic parmesean was weak and lazy. Poor quality all around.

Dick's really needs to polish up there product, or their once impressive integrity will continue to decline.

I will not longer give them my business.
Hire people who want to work!
I have several better options: BWW and Chubby's.

I’ve ALWAYS loved Dicks Wings. This location has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Idk if the girls who answer the phone hate their job. But they need to be in the back instead of answering the phones. I’ve tried to take out 4 different times from this place since moving here & was met with irritation & incorrect orders. I will drive to mandarin, St. John’s bluff, hell merrill before I ever order here again

Ordered wings ,and fries. Paid extra for drums only,which is fine only when I got them they were tiny barely had any sauce I had to ask for extra . It was more ranch then Cajun ranch too. My sister paid extra for just wings ,and the same for her also. You'd expect for the price the product would be bigger ,and covered in sauce. The waitress kept disappearing for longs periods ,so we waited awhile for everything including boxes ,and a check.

Ordered delivery thru DoorDash and our order was tampered with and a meal was missing.
I called Dicks Wings to see if maybe the order was mispacked or if they accidentally not made. I was assured by the manager on duty that the order was made and packed correctly which led me to know the driver took the food.
Dicks wings went above and beyond to remake my food and I picked it up myself, they did not have to do that but they did.
The staff was help, the food was amazing and the manager was fantastic.
Definitely will be back to dine in and continue to support!

Have always loved Dicks Wings but adding.99 to toss 3 tenders is absurd when the meal is 12.99 (no drink) to begin with. I'd expect that the tenders would be covered in sauce. An upcharge or extra charge for just about everything! Waffle fries? That's a premium side so add another $2.99 for 6-7 waffle fries. My tenders came out and they weren't covered in sauce. I pointed it out to the server and she brought more but failed to mention that'd be another charge lol. When asked I heard the ole my boss blah blah followed by the cook said they had enough. Basically I was lying I guess. So for two, 3 piece tender meals with 3 pretzels and teas it was $52.00! Receipt for reference.

Wings were good, service was slow, staff didn’t smile or welcome us, waitress asked if we wanted ranch dressing with our wings, then we were surprised to see that she charged us $1.50 for the little cup! (Should have told us ahead of time) Sign said wine was $4 during happy hour. Then we were charged $6.50 per glass! (Should have told us ahead of time) Waitress said it’s an old sign and they didn’t change it. I complained to the hostess about the sign and she shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well”. We won’t be going back. We won’t be going back
