Why would you go anywhere else for wings!? They have some of the best wing sauces around jax that I've tasted and we've gone to lots of wing spots!

The chicken wings are very delicious , I like that you can order it with different sauces of your choice. The sauces are very good !
We went on Friday, we had to wait a long time for our order, but this was not a problem since in the meantime we entertained ourselves doing karaoke.

I waited more than 15 minutes after the promised pickup time for a takeout order (Uber eats driver) at a time when the restaurant was nearly empty. In fact it was over 5 minutes before anyone even greeted ed me at the counter.

Long delays hit drivers two ways - no compensation for the lost time AND customer irritation about late delivery costs is tips.

Fortunately the app informs is of the pickup location before we accept a trip, so I can simply decline future Dicks Wings pickups.

Another driver had the same thing happen while I wad there, so my experience was NOT isolated.

I asked the server if Dicks was short staffed at the time, but she answered “no, Quesadillas just take a long time.”

If a menu item takes longer, then adjust the pickup promise time to account for that…Don’t expect a driver to wait 15+ minutes for a pickup (And don’t expect this driver to accept Dicks Wings pickups in future)

Some restaurants, when a pickup is delayed, offer drivers a drink, which is a kind gesture absent from my experience at this Dicks Wings.

Went there for dinner after graduation because every where was long waits, closed or issues with computers. We arrived and were told it would be 30 mins before we could get food, we were fine with that. We sat and given the late night menu as we arrived at around 11 pm. Once again we were fine with that. Nice young lady took our drink order. Mostly soft drinks and 2 adult beverages. Soft drinks arrived and we waited for the adult beverages. After about 10 mins the wife wondered if they forgot about her drink. I got up and asked the waitress and she informed me that the bar had to make it. So I went to the bar to inquire about the drinks. One bar tender was there and did not even say anything to me as I stood at the bar. Mind you there were only 3 other people at the bar, she did have time to take a shot. She was by herself and I understand, however the other bar tender was singing karaoke. While I watched the bar tender behind the bar sing along I saw our waitress go and talk with the bar tender. I went back to my seat. We tried to talk in the group but the karaoke was way to loud and followed by those trying to sing while yelling the words. I got back up after the song and talked to the karaoke queen about our drinks. She finally made the 2 drinks and we were good. Mind you 15 mins later and no new customers. The food came, wings were good, pretzel bites, 50/50 as the wife had good ones, our guest was dripping in butter and had to have the plate swapped out. So late night menu food was fair. Service way below standards. I was informed that the owner was doing karaoke or some part of it. Would never know of it was a manager or owner because no one had the presence of being manager like. The waitress was apologizing and I do feel bad as she just does what she can and had to wait on others. The bill was inexpensive but due to a limited menu due to our time to come in before closing. As we paid the bill and left (yes a tip for the waitress - not entirely her fault) the party seemed to bleed out to the parking lot with Cornhole and music. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. If this being my first time coming to Dicks Wings was this experience, I do not see coming back. I know that this was just before closing but it was the only place we could find. I hope that during the peak hours service and food are better, as we would have been better to get some fast food and eat in the car. I am not likely to return.

The experience was great and our server Jadyn was so sweet and welcoming, made us feel right at home.

My son and I went in around 2 on a Saturday, and we walked out after sitting for a bit without service. The table next to us with about 7 people had been waiting for a bit for the server . One of them got up to get her to come take their order. She didn't even acknowledge that we still haven't even placed our drink order yet. We decided it would probably be best to go somewhere else, and I am glad we did. We went to Miller's Ale House and the service and food was very good there. I have nothing to do with either restaurant, I just wanted some chicken wings.

Been coming here for many years and it has done nothing but go father and farther downhill. The food is trash, the atmosphere is trash, service not great especially when they are slow and the put you in the back booth and no one (the servers) can see you, once our server realized we were he ok. Gave this location many chances. We’re done. Also a little suspicious that this location has had 14 5 star reviews in 4 days….
