If i could rate this store a negative 100 I would. Tonight would be the 2nd time I have ordered food and waited over 2-3 hours for it to just be cooked. The 1st time I couldn't get anyone in the store to answer the phone, I ordered Delivery and had to come to the store and get my food. I was told they had employees walk out, no manager on site and nothing more they could do. There was no communication on the lag for service and no refunds available. Tonight I called in and spoke to Mathew the Manager and all he could do was tell me to cancel the order if im not happy. As a manger myself thr unprofessionalism shows. No wonder they cannot keep employees or good reviews.If you like wasting money on delivery fees, like to be placed on hold and given an attitude and like cold pizza enjoy ordering from here!
Ordered a pizza online and it after charging almost 10 dollars for delivery it took 2.5 hours for me to get my pizza. Absolutely ridiculous do not under any circumstances order from this place.

I ordered 2 large pizzaās, bread and dipping sauces last night, and ended up getting the wrong ordered. I called last night, manager didnāt care I got the wrong order. The driver couldnāt even find the receipt for my order. Iāve tried calling today to get my money back, no one is picking up the phone. Last time Iāll ever order from here. Iām out $42.

Since Brandon has taken over, the sauce to cheese and pizza crust ratio has been fixed! My pizzas are no longer dry and I donāt have to order with extra sauce anymore LOL!!! Delivery times have began to increase and I havenāt waited anymore than 45 minutes for my delivery. Pizza has arrived nice and warm every single time Iāve made orders within the last few months! I havenāt been able to complain since the first two times because heās put the extra work in to fix that place back up!!!

Stopped by and was helped by 2 gentlemen. I assume 1 of them was the manager, Brandon. Seems like a great manager as he was interested in seeing me out quickly and was having fun talking to his employees. Good managers support their employees and it looked like he was doing just that. I order from this location almost every week and tonight they were slammed with orders yet still the manager Brandon made it one of best pizza ordering experiences Iāve ever had. He definitely is genuinely not just a great manager but a great person in general. I appreciate him going above and beyond to keep me a happy customer. Our pizzas were hot and delicious and I will continue being a loyal dominoās customer!

So I recently moved to this area and BTW I love dominoes!! My main store is starrat road and I love love love this dominoes. But yesterday I ordered take out from 45th because it is closed to me now. My husband picked it up brought it home and it was TERRIBLE! I always get light sauce and well done. It was covered in sauce. I couldn't even eat it. š© then proceeded to just eat my pepperoni cheese bread that had NO pepperoni in it and had green spinach in it!! Wtf!? NEVER AGAIN! It has almost ruined my taste for dominoes and I am a die hard dominoes lover and I love the app and my rewards. I will def be just going out of my way now and go right on back to starrat rd. I spent $45 yesterday for me and my family and couldn't even eat it it was that bad and the wrong item. I ordered thru the app and always put on there the right instructions. Large peperoni, light sauce, well done. Simple. So whoever did it just can't read or didn't give a crap to waste my money. I tried amd never again will I take my money there. I have never ever had this problem at starrat. It's not a difficult order at all. And I am not a complainer or one to cause problems. I just feel as though my 45$ was wasted. Periodt. And nobody is going to do anything about it is the crazy part. Money just wasted. I should have took pictures. Is what it isāļømy husband and I order way to much dominoes for this bs.
